If the microphone or receiver be interference, voice cuts out, or hum on the microphone, please try the following:

• 1. Do not charge the speaker when you use the mic with it.
• 2. Do not point the microphone head toward the speaker and keep the microphone away from the speakers.（More than 7 Feet ）
• 3. Make sure the battery has full electricity.（Mic&Receiver）
• 4. Try to change frequency, please follow the step of the User Manual.
• 5. It may be interfered by the cell phone or even the light, please be away from the speaker.
• 6. Try to use different output devices.
• 7. If you use an Amplifier, please turn down the volume of the microphone and turn up the gain on your Amplifier.
• 8. If you use reverberation. Maybe interfered by reverberation from the mixer, please turn down the volume of the reverberation.
• 9. DO NOT plug or unplug the receiver directly. When you turn on the speaker, do not plug or unplug the receiver, or touch it. It will cause feedback or cause the connection to be unstable. May also damage the speaker.

Answer:	The receivers are battery-powered (2AA), and the mics draw power from the receivers (no separate button batteries). The transmitter however, is powered by a plug-in transformer. I think it's 12V, but I'm not positive. I've never seen a battery-powered transmitter in a system like this, but you might be able to rig something up. That said, the range is pretty good, so you might be able to get it to work if you're close to a power source. Depending on the location (with a clear path to the receivers), you can probably get 100-200 ft from the transmitter.
Question:	One of the transmitters stopped working. is there a way to fix it or do i need to purchase another tranmsitter? i just bought it a few months ago
Answer:	I would try getting ahold of Amazon or the manufacturer and see if they can get you a replacement. That shouldn't happen. I've had mine for a couple months now as well and it's usually all over my desk and it still works.

Answer:	Mango, I use mine in a Bingo hall and they have sufficient clarity for all to understand. They must be connected by wire to some sort of an amplifier before going to the speakers. XRL cables are certainly cheap enough.

Answer:	Yes, it has a standard jack for an amp

Answer:	No, this one is not wireless. NAXA sells a wireless mic, but its clarity isn't very good. Still, if you're looking for a wireless mic for home use, I bought the NAXA through Amazon for around $6, and that price can't be beat.

Question:	Why mic doesn't charge
Answer:	Not sure what your distance is but I use mine several times a week for 2 hour lectures in a large college lecture hall. It works flawlessly. I plug it in about half way to the back of the lecture hall - which would be maybe 30-40 feet from the front of the room where I lecture - and always extend the antenna. I use the hand-held mic, if that makes a difference.
Question:	Can a phone also be paired to a bluetooth speaker and the microphone? essentially, the audio from both devices would be relayed to the speaker
Answer:	I'm going into my 4th year with it and the battery is still fine. I use it about 40 times a year for about an hour each time. It's about 10" wide x about 14" tall x maybe 6 to 8" deep. The smaller pack is about 4" wide x 5 or 6" tall. Sorry I can't be more exact, I'm not home with it now to measure it.
Question:	Can you just talk or sing into the microphone without being hooked to anything
Answer:	The unit that we purchased is being used in a large fellowship hall for a Line Dancing group. You can hear the dance commands over the music BUT we are using the head type mic and we get some static/noise through the speaker. Not all the time but sometimes more than other times. That said, maybe the hand held mic works better but that doesn't fit the need to have our hands free. It is not a professional type system but I am rather surprised at the power of the voice output for this small unit.
Question:	Can i connect this with 5.1 speakers that i already have, using bluetooth? if yes, will it output both the music and the vocals from my 5.1 speakers
Answer:	Yes, I teach water fitness classes and use it daily. Keep a plastic bag in case of rain in the carrying case pocket, because it isn't waterproof. The headset mike is comfortable even for doing a lot of jumping and running from one side of the pool to the other. The headset battery lasts 2-3 months.
