Answer:	I don't understand your question exactly, but I bought this Neewer "power supply" to make my "Condenser" mircophones operate in conjunction with my sound system. If your Heil Fin microphone is a "Condenser" type this Neewer unit with work by supplying the "48 volts" of power it needs to operate with your P.A., thus making the lights go on your microphone. Check the model and make sure it's a condenser style microphone. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The plug in to your computer directly is a 3.5mm jack. Though personally my laptop could not identify it this way as a mic. So I bought a 3.5mm jack to usb adaptor, and it worked instantly with it, once your laptop identifies it, a simple tweak in your audio/recording program to set it as the default microphone is all you need to get it working.

Answer:	It will connect, but just a forewarning, you cannot use the cable it came with to connect to an audio interface. Phantom power only works with XLR to XLR and the cable provided is XLR to 3.5mm, so that's no bueno. So just make sure you have a spare XLR to XLR cable or you will have to buy one.

Answer:	I own the 302, but not this mic. The 302 is reported to provide 15 volt phantom power on its XLR connection, while all of the higher Behringer mixer models (and most every phantom power source) seem to provide the full 48 volts. The specs on amazon state that the mic requires a minimum of 5v, but nearby in another sentence the manufacturer recommends using a 48v power source to ensure maximum performance; so, it's ambiguous what phantom power voltage minimum is actually required for great performance from this mic... :-/ Just note that your 302, while a good value on sale IMHO, is at a phantom power disadvantage for *some* XLR connected product which need the full 48v
