User questions & answers
Question: | Can I use a different mic that has the same 3.5mm connector |
Answer: | Carl; I did not see a way to adjust the tone. And there isn't a way to lower the volume a hole lot..I've sent my set back..Ernie |
Question: | What wld i need to tie this into recording audio via a phone |
Answer: | This is a very good little amplifier if you are listening to TV or one on one conversations. But if you are in an environment with a lot of background noise, it picks up everything, do you can filter almost nothing. You are overwhelmed by what you are hearing. Regardless, it's a good little device. You have to use it to suit your best uses. |
Question: | I am looking at this system to use for financial seminars in a restaurant banquet room. Will this work, and what type of speaker is recommended |
Answer: | Hello, you just need to plug the USB cable into the charging station and put the hearing aid into the charging port. The light turns blue mean charging has started. The light turns white when fully charged. 8-10 Hours working for sound amplifier. 3 to 4 times charging with portable case. |
Question: | I have an Ion Tailgater speaker/amp. Will this work with it |
Answer: | Hello, the whistling noise is called Feedback. This happens with every hearing aid, and it happens for me when I put my hand near my ear to e.g. scratch my head or something. You should try turning the sound down before put it in your ears and try to find the best fit for earplug so that there is no gaps in the fit. If you wear your hearing aids regularly and long enough the feedback will eventually go away as your brain is eventually trained to filter out the noise. Hope this help you. If you need more helps, pls feel free to contact us via email, many thanks. |

DIGITAL HT TRANSMITTER
RF Power Out: +13dBm, (50mW maximum allowed by FCC)
Audio Input: Dynamic cartridge
LED Indicator: Unit on (single flash), Low Battery (red)
Battery Type: 2 AA Alkaline
Battery Life: Up to 11 Hours
Here is how to determine the operating band of a system component: A DW-22 receiver is a dual-channel unit operating on fixed frequency pairs of either 902.30MHz / 903.80MHz or 915.30MHz / 916.80MHz. To find out which bands your receiver is on, just look at the backlight display on the front face of the unit. When deciding on a replacement transmitter (handheld microphone or bodypack) for your system, simply select a Nady Digital HT or Digital LT transmitter that operates on a frequency corresponding to one of the frequency pairs of your receiver. The frequency of your transmitters are listed inside each one’s battery compartment and should also be verified before purchasing a replacement.

Question: | Can you use it with out the cord |
Answer: | This is a corded mic so the mic must be plugged in to use. |

User questions & answers
Question: | What approximate size is this unit |
Answer: | Hello, The dimensions of this unit are:5"7/8 (150mm) Width x 4.5" (113mm) Depth x 2.5" (64mm) HeightBest regards - Nady Systems |
Question: | I want to use this to mix my turntable, pc, and bluetooth dongle signal so i can control volume via desktop knob. doable with this |
Answer: | Hello Edward, Thank you for your question! And yes! The MM-141 has four ¼” unbalanced line level inputs with individual volume controls, so you can mix 4 audio signals into one and control each signal's volume independently in the mix. All you need is the appropriate connectors to connect each devise to the 1/4" inputs. Have fun! Best Regards, Nady Systems Support |
Question: | Can this mixer be used to run a mic and electric guitar through my marshall mg15 guitar amp for a small concert |
Answer: | The MM-141 has 4 line level inputs, so as it is ideal for guitar and other instruments that produce line level outputs, it's not ideal for microphones as the input of the mic will be lower. It will work because it does deliver 20dB gain, but a better solution would be to buy the MM-141 along with the MM-14FX which is designed for microphones with 4 mic-level inputs that deliver 50dB gain and has built-in echo effect DSP to spice up your vocal. Together, you've got a great multi versed mixer system ( MM-14FX with Mic > MM-141 with GT > Amp) |
Question: | I know zip about electronics. So curious: would this have enough guts to power a 3" speaker and act as a portable guitar amp |
Answer: | This is strictly a mixer, and not an amp. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does an XLR female or male plug into the mic itself |
Answer: | Female |
Question: | Is a basemount mic holder included |
Answer: | No it is not. I picked up a generic one from china for $10:50 US and another style with a pop screen for $14:50 for a different type of mic. All had shipping included. |
Question: | Will this work plugged directly into a PC running Audacity |
Answer: | Sam is correct, this microphone has a condenser capsule that will work on as little as 5V phantom power, which nearly every smart device supplies, and most definitely PC's and laptops. |
Question: | How well does it record acoustic drums. I don't have an electric drum set. I have only an acoustic set |
Answer: | Large diaphragm mix wouldn't be good for close positioning record of drums. It could be set farther out and be effective though. . |
