You have to look at the speaker and the mixer/pa you are plugging into to figure out if you need 1/4 phono or Speakon connections to connect the speakers to the power amp or pa mixer you are using.

That said, make sure that your microphone and mixer/ mike preamplifier impedance and audio signal phasing are correct across your entire system.

Answer:	It's not about Windows, its connection adds 3db of efficiency (sounds more clear and powerful at lower levels) software doesnt make a difference in this case, cheers!

Answer:	Yes. You will need to configure your PC to accept it in whatever program / app you use to "record" or "broadcast."

Answer:	Can it connect? Yes. Will it work? Absolutely not - there is no boost on the audio driver. You'll maybe get -50dB max. You still need a pre-amp since windows treats this as a line-in and there's no way to change it.
