Answer:	It will start when you receive it but it will need fine tuning, this carburetor has low and high speed adjustments, a small screwdriver will do the trick. My Echo weedeater is probably 10 years old, and runs like it is new with this new carburetor. Look on You Tube on how to tune a carburetor, it’s very simple.
