Answer:	Yes it is safe. Use the delicate cycle if you have one or hand wash the masks in a sink. Then dry on high heat in a dryer, and your good to go.

Answer:	If you wash a new or never-washed shirt in cold water on the delicate cycle and hang dry it (no dryer), it will keep the shirt in new condition. It won't help you with stains or improve any previous wear.

Answer:	I had the same question. While still cold.. Loosen up the pressure almost all the way. Then pull the clamp down, then tighten the pressure

Because the machine has already heated up before putting it in the cup. After putting in a cup with low temperature, the temperature of the machine will drop immediately. Pls make sure that the object and the machine heat up at the same time.

Answer:	Actually this is a nice mat/turntable. Sprayed silicone between the mat and base. Mat is 18" square, but the numbers on mat only go to 17". I thought I was getting an 18" mat. Rotary blade loves this mat and cuts better than on my large mat. At my age, I can see better on this mat with the exception of cutting on white fabric. Have to switch to a green mat to cut white fabric.

Answer:	Turn table is rubber and doesn't turn easily. I put silicone spray on to make it turn easier. Was disappointed with the fact that it was advertised as 18". Total size is 18". Numbers only go to 17". The angle lines are better than the olfa. Includes more than just 90, 60 and 45 degrees. Turntable doesn't come apart like the olfa. It all stays attached.

There are two setting for the heat press temperature : Degree" celcius " or Degree" Fahrenheit Here is how to change the temperature from temperature Degree" celcius " to Degree" Fahrenheit " Press "OK" button for a while, when the LCD display shows "P-3" to "C", press arrow up button "△"to set F, then press "Enter" button to confirm this setting. so the temperature will be in Fahrenheit.
