| Answer: | Yes, it should. I’ve used this cabinet as an add on to a rig for larger gigs and venues, and for smaller gigs it’s enough to cut through. It’s a classic sound similar to an Ampeg 210 cabinet without a high frequency horn, but there is still articulation. |

| Answer: | I would say anything from 100 watts to 600 watts. I have run mine with a Gallien Kruger 700RB and also a Hartke 350. They can handle a high powered head, but I would recommend you start out at very low volume and not to blow them out. With my GK, I am now running a Seimic 4x10, and in a club setting, rarely have I had it over a 2 on the master volume. Tone is killer. Have also used my 2x10 with a 15" in another cab and sounded great that way too. One advantage to having a pair of 2x10's is the weight and ease of moving it. My 4x10 is heavy in comparison, but they sound pretty much the same. What amp head are you considering? |
