User questions & answers
Question: | Can you hook up a sub woofer to this |
Answer: | Hello. Unfortunately this dent have onboard effects. Thank You |
Question: | Does it have onboard effects |
Answer: | Any professional grade voice mic. The benchmark is the Shure SM58. Several companies/brands make comparable mics to the SM58, e.g. Sennhauser, AKG. I'm sure there are newer brands that will do. I haven't kept up. Just don't cheap out on mics. Ask around. If you don't get any more information get the SM58. SM57 for acoustic instruments or alternative vocal. That's old school but still works. |
Question: | Can you tell me what type of mic I need for this |
Answer: | I am not familiar with the wattage rating of that Peavey cabinet. We use this amp with 2 small cabinets that have a 12 and a horn in a school training room. It is sufficient for that venue. While a little music is played, it is mostly used for talking by an academic presenter. I also have a Peavey PV8500 that we use with 2 larger cabinets for larger venues. It is 400 watts and has 8 inputs. |
Question: | I had a peavey xr-600f that burned out. i have two pvi-115 cabinets. will this mixer supply decent power for them |
Answer: | No. They only come with the power cables. You would have to purchase the XLR cables separate. |

Answer: | I’ve never used echo however some songs my require it. I usually use the large Hall effects or similar reverberations |
Question: | My current mixer has a echo effects, do the digital effects work for improving vocals for singing |
Answer: | Hello. Although it is not common for components to fail this soon after purchase, it does happen from time to time. This can be caused by a number of factors, such as defective components, misuse by the consumer (such as pairing the unit with speakers that have different power and impedance requirements, or clipping/passing a dirty audio signal), etc. If you have purchased the unit from an authorized dealer and you are within your warranty period, most repairs are covered by the manufacturer at their discretion. We recommend contacting Peavey to obtain warranty service, and remember to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Thank you! Y2PLAY Stores - 800-695-4808. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Speaker cable gauge |
Answer: | Not sure exactly what your question is on the mixer. The mixer will work most standard speaker cable gauge or thickness. I recommend a thicker gauge so you get better audio quality. But if the cable you are wondering about is a manufactured speaker cable for pro audio it should work. |
Question: | Can someone tell what comes in the box along with the mixer |
Answer: | Nothing else comes in the box except for a plug. |
Question: | With the bt feature does this allow for pairing with BT headphone for audio output |
Answer: | I only use it to hook up my phone or my computer. More like an input, not an output. |
Question: | i try to pair my iPad or iPhone to bluetooth, i am asked for a pin. I don't know what pin to enter |
Answer: | With our unit, the PIN is 7878, printed just above the power button next to the Bluetooth logo and the word “PIN.” |

User questions & answers
Question: | need to confirm this is a mixer and amplifier. Looking for the powered outputs |
Answer: | I put this oil in my diffuser but wasn't sure either if the oil could be used in a humidifier. I went to Young Living website - they make many, many essential oils and blends - to see what they recommended. Here is what I found: "Fill a humidifier with water. Put a tissue or small cloth, sprinkled with a few drops of oil, in front of the escaping steam. ( Do not put oil in your humidifier. It will float on top of the water instead of rising with the water vapor and may cause damage to your humidifier.)"Hope this helps. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Can this work with a powered subwoofer and 4 passive speakers |
Answer: | They should be diluted with a carrier oil but some of them are fine to use without, depending on your level of sensitivity. I would recommend testing small areas with the oil before applying to large areas. |
Question: | I can plug an acoustic guitar into this mixer along with vocals for live applications correct |
Answer: | Nope, just the bottles come with this |
Question: | Does this have sub woofer outputs. if not, what outputs would i use for a powered sub-woofer (i'm a neophyte on this mixer). thanks |
