A Brief History of Galaxy Audio

Copy the attached file and paste onto a mini SD card. Turn on the speaker (not connected to any bluetooth) and insert the mini SD card upside down, a green light will flash and eventually speaker will turn off on it's own. Works great! I would imagine some buyers would like to have a prompt for when the speaker is connected and disconnected of when the speaker is turned on, so removing the prompts for all speakers may not be a good thing. Answer:	I bought mine at the end of May 2020 and it will automatically shut off, but ONLY if the speaker is not receiving any input from the audio source. if my speaker is receiving an input, it will play from 100% charge until it is dead. However, if I have it linked to something and pause the audio source, after several minutes of no input, it will shut down to save power. I personally like that feature because otherwise it would be dead most of the time when I was ready to use it, so it is a bonus for me.

Answer:	The JBL charge3 is louder and this is cheaper. It's close, but the JBL Charge3 will out perform it. I have 2 of these and a JBL charge 3. If you want loud get the JBL BoomBox.

Answer:	I pair my two Aomais speakers and then pair an ipad to them. the resulting sound is MUCH t improved over the native ipad speakers nd provides very listenable streaming music playback in stereo. I haven't tried them with video and can't testify to whether there is a lip-sync lag issue. I purchased these speakers because of the ability to pair two of them. IMHO, using one Aomais speaker alone gives unimpressive results, but pairing them lets music come alive by increases volume as well as providing stereo separation. A great solution for moving music around the hosue and also for for situations (like putting music on two sides of a door or hallway) where it is awkward or impossible to use wired speakers. Here are some hints for pairing the speakers: (1) have all other local BT devices turned off, (2) mark one of the speakers with tape so that you can always recognize it as the "master" speaker, (3) after both speakers are in generic pairing mode you need to long press the volume-up and volume-down buttons simultaneously on your "master" speaker to get the two speakers to pair; (4) once they are paired, turn on your B pair the master speaker to your BT source, get it into pairing mode and pair it to the master speaker.

Answer:	Watts doesn't really tell you how loud it is and is almost a worthless spec without the other specs to go along with it. What you want is SPL which is what you really hear/feel and the Bose states the S1 Maximum SPL @ 1m is 103 dB (109 dB Peak). In comparison, a decent mobile DJ PA is around 132 SPL, at least mine are :) Still though that doesn't cover quality of sound but since it's Bose you already know that the quality is decent.
