It comes in a surprisingly small box but when assembled it is a good size net for an adult male. |

| Answer: | It depends on the angle you have the rebounder at. It was doing the same thing with us so I had to angle the rebounder back so the ball will bounce up more. Keep in mound it's a rebounder and not a hard brick wall. There's still some limitation with it. But my daughter is very happy with it. |

| Answer: | I'm sorry I do not have experience with this. I've replaced 3 springs individually and had a very difficult time. I would imagine a special tool would be needed for a whole mat. Their customer service is excellent, though. Give a call. |

| Answer: | I live in Illinois, I've had this for 4 years and it's always been outside. When my son was trying out for Lacrosse he practiced in the winter. I think it probably should be stored during the winter months but we didn't. Its been leaned up against our shed so I can't tell you the condition it's in but from seeing it from my kitchen window there is no rust on it and the material appears to be in good shape. | Answer: | The adjustment is plastic and the tube slides very easily through it, though a little too easy. A few bounces of the ball and we have found that at larger tilts, the tube slips and slips until it is titled as flat as it can go. We continually need to reangle and relock it. There should have been some sort of locking mechanism (like a dimple or a nail) or frictional surface that is better than a piece of smooth metal sliding against a smooth piece of plastic. The only fix I can think of for this is to drill a hole through both tubes and stick a dowel or nail through it to prevent it from sliding, which is what I will be doing today! |
