Answer:	SORRY, I can't answer that , but I can tell you it's not UNIVERSAL as I take that to mean. I think it must only be universal to the stands THEY MAKE.. It would not fit mine. It would not fit either one of two stands that I have.

Answer:	No it does not!! Even their own website states that the locking straps will not fit all keyboards. I have a Yamaha YPG-235 and the straps are 3 inches too short on each side.

Answer:	Assembled dimensions w/o keyboard: H=26", W=52", D=11". Height to top of keys =28-3/4". The height to the top of the pedals (if you are going to get those,) is approximately 2-1/2". The pedal height is adjustable, but that's pretty much the lowest height. I had to make a wooden heel rest to make it more comfortable to play. The stand is made from Medium density fiberboard, but it is sturdy enough for home use. Assembly is not difficult. Tip, use the boxes and packing materials to support the pieces in position while you assemble them, otherwise, you will need a helper.
Question:	Is this OK for a P-35? I'm planning to take it to South America by plane. Does it come disarmed? how big is the box
Answer:	I have installed this with my Yamaha P-35, and it works fine. There is a bit of 'free play' before the screws are tighten, about 1/8 to 1/4 in. total of space that you can move the keyboard left-right in between the 2 metal brackets at the 2 ends, but this doesn't cause any trouble. Not sure if this is because the P95 is about 1/8+ in. longer than the P35, or maybe it's just extra space for calibration by design. These end brackets attach the piano to the stand; their screws holes are big enogh to allow for this adjustment, and once the screws are tighten, the piano is secured without any issue. These brackets are under the piano's frame, so the extra gaps are not noticeably visible, and the side pieces of the stand still fit the side ends of the P35 perfectly.

Answer:	Nope. The tier is not a clamp on but fits through the hole in the stands tube.

Answer:	The 37 key controllers are mini, they are 22 inches long that's a total of 44 inches for 2 controllers. It is avertised to provide 43.5 inches of witdth distributed over the 2nd or 3rd teir independently or combined on at the same height. I would assume it is viable to have dual korg MicroKey mini 37 key controllers parralel to each other with this attachment.

Answer:	Here is a quote from the product description: “Compatible with any 1" square or 30mm round-tubed stand, as well as On-Stage Z stands” The box came with a pair of inserts allowing the KSA8500 to also fit the rectangular tubing, which, by measuring my leftover inserts, appears to be roughly 1” by 1 7/8” - if I correctly remember from reading the manual almost a year ago, you may have to drill holes to affix the inserts with the screws (which, if I remember correctly, were also included)...

Answer:	I don't think it can adjust to be narrow enough for a 25-key synth. My creative solution for a 25-key Roland synth was to buy an 8" deep black Melamine shelf wide enough to stretch across the second tier arms. Granted, this works in the studio, but may not be the right solution for touring with an extra shelf to carry.

Answer:	I use this as a second tier only. This unit is not very well made I have had to but extra cross bars as backups. If you plan to stack 3 sets of keys spend a little more and get a 3 tier stand that is more solid and can better handle the weight and stress

Answer:	If you do not use the adjustable support bar, you can tilt the brackets together to accomodate a very small keyboard. However, make sure the brackets are sufficiently tight.

Answer:	This second tier attaches via pipes on a primary stand that are perpendicular to the orientation of the keyboards themselves. So it's designed to fit into the pipes of typical folding "X" stands. Most table style stands I've seen do not have open pipes in the middle, in the the back, and perpendicular to the keyboard orientation.

Question:	What is the Weight capacity
Answer:	I am currently using it to support my 70 pound stage piano without any issue. As far as break-point capacity, I am not sure.
Question:	how to adjust the height and fix it
Answer:	There is a central lever at the lower pivot point that has locking teeth. Pull the lever our to disengage the teeth and then adjust the height, then lock the teeth back into position by securing the lever. The only issue would be if you are using a keyboard less than 49 keys or so, if you lower it too much, the supports may spread too far to support a narrower keyboard/synth. This is definitely designed for bigger keyboards (61-88 keys) It works great and my daughter is now using my 70 pound stage piano in her room to practice piano whenever she wants, with headphones. Very stable and working great!
Question:	Will this fit the Williams Allegro 2 and will it go relatively low for a folding chair

Question:	How does an electric piano securly attach to this? I have the fp-30, and have no idea how to secure it to the stand
Answer:	It doesn't attach. You have the one sided sticky type pads that you stick to the rails that you set your keyboard on. Those pads stick to the metal and have the opposite side with a non-skid type surface. That keeps the keyboard from sliding around. You make sure you set those pads at least an inch - inch and a half back from the rail ends that you set you keyboard on. You also expand the Z STAND so it is just less than a foot and equal distance on each end of the keyboard. That will help stable it. Aside from strapping it down with a bungie cord which would cover your keyboard sliders, knobs, buttons, dials and other surface functions, you just have to make sure you're on level ground and keep people away from your "space" so they don't bump it. Make sure the "OnStage" adjusting knobs face the audience when you place you keyboard on the top rails. And watch entering into the foot rail area where you sit. You can trip on those foot rails. Swivel yourself out and over the foot rails before standing up so you don't trip and possibly falling into the keyboard or knocking it out of position. I have a ROLAND KC-110 Keyboard Amp (I use as a monitor) and a folding AMP STAND. I use 2 flat stretch (soft material covered) cords to wrap around the top and bottom of the the amp on the stand. It helps it not to move if I'm reaching to adjust the volume knobs. The only way for the KEYBOARD not to move on the Z STAND would be for the ON STAGE COMPANY to make the Z STAND rail ends with 90 degree angle tabs (L shaped) you'd adjust in or out for the width of you keyboard to lock it in place (cradling it). It's just like you can get for mounting your cell phone to the car dash. hose have four 90 degree angle tabs ( L shaped) to hold the phone. Maybe ON STAGE will make an accessory to hook onto the existing rails. Or - you could make your own. Hope what's said helps.
Question:	how can you secure the keyboard to the stand? I will soon have a toddler walking around
Answer:	Aside from positioning it in a corner, butted up to the two walls and tying it down, you could put it in another room, if you have one, or..... look at buying another stand, put a fence around it or put your toddler in a play pen, or duct tape said toddler to something while you practice. Or... You could start teaching your toddler how to play it sitting on your lap (teach them early to respect the keyboard) and make it interesting so they want to learn. Teach them the "R-E-S-P-E-C-T" song by Aretha Franklin on the keyboard. Good luck. Answer:	The maximum width that I can get mine to go is 33 inches. I keep mine at 30 1/2 inches wide and it supports my 52 inch Yamaha electronic piano with perfect stability.

Answer:	The top rail is shorter than the bottom and the top goes flush to a wall. The bottom doesn't but extends 23-1/2" from the wall. Top is 16-3/4" long, bottom 21-3/4" long (bottom rail fails to meet the wall about 1-3/4").
Question:	are keyboard benches the same as piano benches or are they too light to be used at the piano
Answer:	This is a very sturdy and comfortable bench that I think could be used for the piano also.

Answer:	It has been a while I have a bench, I don't remember what I did in the beginning, but it seems not complicated, quite easy.

Answer:	In my opinion, no... shifting the heights is very easy... and once you figure out the correct height for each student... less than a minute to change the height. You'll always have to be careful that the pins are fully engaged... because if they're not aligned properly, they are not in the hole (but that would be the same for any bench like this). Certainly much faster than the benches that you cranck up and down.
Question:	How sturdy is it, I am heavy set, but it says 330lbs
Answer:	I find it to be very sturdy, but I am confused about the "back and forth" concerns you have... sidewise back and forth? I think it could handle it. Front to back back and forth...? it's only about 20 inches wide on the bottom floor support bars, so if you were rockin' and reelin' on it, it would probably tip over. I mean.... it's just a keyboard bench, not a full blown grand piano stool. All in all, though... it's good solid steel, adjust heights easily (and of course the lower to the floor the more stable it would be). I'm 140 lb and have it set pretty high cuz I have long legs... and it's never given me a sense of instability. In fact, the stand the keyboard sits on is way less stable.

Answer:	This is super unstable. I'm a classic piano player. You can't hit the keyboard hard while playing. I can't recommend this. You should choose stand made by keyboard producer. I bought Yamaha stand after I found this can't be used even for basic use.

Answer:	The P45 weighs 11.5 pounds more than the P71. Since the reviews suggest that the keys are weighted the same and the sounds are the same, perhaps the difference is in the internal framing and chassis. So the P71 is easier to carry but is probably more fragile.

Answer:	I don't know. The Yamaha stands are made a certain length and that should be in the information for the stand. The digital piano fits on top of the stand and needs to be the same length.
