Answer:	I bought the Intelli IMT 301 5 IN 1 Digital Metro Tuner Thermo-Hygro Meter and it has a volume control on the right side with the slow/fast temo control button on the front. The one I got is all white, no black.

Answer:	Our Intelli Metronome & Tuner says it was made in Korea. I don't think Korea has a reputation for exemplary production quality, but everyone we know who owns one of these raves about its durability and we have not had any problems in the one year we have owned ours.

Answer:	Either your tuner is dead or you have it attached to your instrument in a place that doesn't pick up string vibrations. The top 2 strings (E, a) can be hard for the tuner to hear; I touch the 5th and 6th string at the 12 fret to pick a note the same as the tuned note (E or A) to play those one octave higher than the same note at the nut.

Answer:	440 is standard pitch for any instrument. You wouldvonly use another numbercto match an instrument in a non standard tuning. Set it to 440 and forget it.
