Answer:	ddMine is at 6.7 right now. I'm 62. I got a bad case of prostatitis back in 1995. Took a strong antibiotic to get rid of it. Not sure what my PSA was then. I have an appointment with a urologist on August 13th. I think meds I take may have something to do with it. When your PSA goes high do you have to take frequent trips to the bathroom at night? I take 300 mg of Dilantin to control seizures. I am thinking the Dilantin may be the reason for the higher PSA score. During the digital rectal exam with my own personal doctor he could not feel that it was enlarged nor did he feel any nodules. I heard biopsies can leave you impotent. Is that true?

Answer:	You are supposed to so you don't shut down your body's own production of testosterone. Four days on three days off is recommended to start then you can try 6 days on 3 days off. Ultimately every user should be taking 3 consecutive days off at some point.

My husband is taking the 200 but I have seen reviews where people preferred the 100 so I guess I would say that if you take one for a while (at least a month, give it time to build up) and it doesn't seem to help it might be worth trying the other. I just read one study that said ZMA increased testosterone in participants by 30%. I really do believe the 200 has helped here.

Answer:	Good question. Sounds like they are trying to say that it helps maintain it as opposed to bringing you back from the bad side.
