First drill a pilot hole with maybe a 5/64" bit just in case there is a stud behind the wall, in which case you won't need the anchors. Then use the 3/8" to make the bigger hole. Make sure not to rock the drill to avoid making to hole too big. Then carefully handscrew in the anchors with a screwdriver, being careful not to over tighten. The problem with drywall is that is easily crumbles and then your hole is useless so just hand tighten the anchors and screws firmly. I just did all this the mounts work great!
