Answer:	Shoe widths are similar to how bra sizes are marked, the band width on a bra would translate to the length of the foot ( ie size 6 or size 11) and the cup size similar to the width (B, AA, E etc.) 32 AA bra is considerably smaller in space in the cup and band width than a 40 E, but you need both to be fairly close to your size to avoid a truly bad fit that doesn't do it's job or causes pain, just like shoes.
