Answer:	Yes. One of it's modes is chromatic. That being said though it is a pretty small display. You may want to look for a chromatic clip on with a bigger display which would make it easier to see the half step you are looking for. That being said I use the tuner with a range of Ukuleles and guitars and it has performed well. I do alternate tuning with it but I have not tried half step.

Answer:	This tuner can be used for a banjo and it is a chromatic tuner therefore it you could use it to tune any string instrument. I don't really recommend these tuners as they are not as accurate as some of the other ones. I would spend a few more dollars and just get a more quality tuner like a snark

Answer:	The Flat/open button would be used when the mode button is in guitar (G displayed on front of tuner) mode. They set the tuner so your guitar can be tuned in an alternate tuning (Open G, Open D, Drop D, or Flat or double flat). Since an autoharp has open strings of all pitches, unlike the guitar, you would want the Chromatic (C) mode, where the flat/open key does nothing. The main advantage of this tuner over the Snark for me is that this one is a rechargeable battery, not replaceable.

Answer:	The top adjusts for forward/back tilt, rotation about the main spar, and of course height.

Answer:	The height that I measured is at 46"...that is the height at the bottom of the book holder. The top measurement on the book holder is 59". So the full height of the music stand, fully extended with the book holder attached, is 59" high. So I'm going to assume that their max height that they list is the height from the bottom of the book holder, not the top. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Depending how you tilt the stand, I measured the bottom to be at 49" (top at 61") when tilted flat against the stand pole. Tall enough for my husband who is 6'2".

Answer:	Well, yeah, it could, but I wouldn't recommend it. Here's why. It's sturdy enough for sheet music, but it is no where near as rigid as the little scooter carts they make for keyboards and laptops, besides, even in the lowest position it would be a bit high for good typing ergonomics. Also, the ledge that holds the music would interfere with your wrists while you were typing, and if you turned it around "backwards" to avoid that, you would be placing a much heavier load on the hinge joint between the floor stand and the flat panel. If you needed it for this in a pinch, it would work, but for a long term solution, I'd recommend you try something else.
Question:	We cannot get the light to work. The cord plugs in to the base, but does not seem to be flush to the base. It sticks out. Is that normal

To enable the Accu-Pitch feature, perform the same operation again; if you hear a beeping sound when the power comes on, it means that Accu-Pitch has been enabled.

Answer:	Yes. It will work for an electric guitar. A built-in microphone picks up the vibrations from each string. Another choice would be an in-line tuner, but you would need two cables (one for in and one for out). Some pedals have built-in tuners as well. If you do a search for electric guitar tuners on Amazon, you will see a bunch of tuners which operate in the same manner as the one you are asking about.
