Answer:	I don't have a Peak folding stand so it is hard to say for sure but I will say that these page holders have a decent amount of flexibility. They can hold two 100 or so page music books or one large one (200 or more pages). Translation unless the peak stand is unusually thick you should be about to use it with these page holders to hold a 100 page music book.....but this is just a guess.

Answer:	Don't think you can. It needs a flat space about 6 inches wide to stand up and get support from its rear support arm. My keyboard doesn't have that flat area.

Answer:	They are not really wire, they are metal sticks. They go into a clasp (or socket) on the bottom which holds it into place, and it looks like you can wiggle it out of there. And yes, it is for holding a book or music sheet in place.
