How to solve:Tune it to the desired note, then pull up on the string over the sound hole to give it a bit of a stretch. That'll take it down about 2 whole notes, tune it back up and repeat until it stays in tune. Answer:	We quickly discovered that this is a right hand ukulele that is restrung. The whole thing is upside down when you hold it left. My son just restrung it right and is learning to play that way.

Answer:	Did some more checking. LOOKS like it is a right handed instrument that has been flipped. Remember, I am new to the uke. But still plays very well. And for the price, excellent materials and very well constructed. Maybe only way to get true left handed nut and saddle is to have them custom made by a local luthier.

Answer:	In all honesty, a strap is kinda useless for playing a ukulele. The instrument is so small.

Answer:	There’s two settings. Make sure you have it set on the “U”

Answer:	I was having a similar problem but what I figured out was to not use the “auto” mode. I also discovered that sometimes my instrument was so out of tune that it was registering as the incorrect note. I kept working with it and it works now

Answer:	A number of answers claim this bag will fit a 27 inch tenor uke. NOT TRUE. My Cordoba 20TM tenor uke (26 inches carefully measured) isn't even close to fitting into this case. I liked the bag otherwise but had to return it as it simply is not the size advertised.

Answer:	I think it will fit. the measurements inside are as follows: the headstock is 4" wide; then it increases to about 7 1/2"; then increases to 9 1/2"; and total length is 27"; it is just under 2 1/2" deep. I hope that this helps :)

Answer:	It was too short for my Lanikai tenor. I put a concert size in this one and got a bari size case for my tenor. Although I do love this case, really nicely padded.

Answer:	Don’t buy a physical or chromatic tuner; their battery needs occasional replacing and they don’t work as well as the battery wears down. Instead, download and use a free digital tuner app from your phone’s store, if you have a smartphone. Of the three I’ve used, I most recommend GuitarTuna.

Answer:	The ad for this guitar states "top spruce wood". Without knowing 100% for sure because I am not an expert on woods, I must assume it is a solid piece of spruce. I did research the manufacturer's website before buying and it claims the top is solid spruce. Based on the high quality of the instrument I received, I see no reason to question that claim.

Answer:	Don't think so. Even though in all other respects, the instrument is symmetrical, the bridge is asymmetric, and is angled for thuning with the G on top (for right handed strumming). If you can change that, however, I imagine it is feasible.

Answer:	The ukulele they shipped to me- the tenor made from Koa 26 inches long and the scale length is 17" which is standard. I don't know why it says 27" if its not, but its not.
