Answer:	I have used both for a fairly good amount of playing, although not back-to-back. I have found very little difference between the two. There have, so far, not been any fasteners coming loose, or parts needing re-adjustment after setting them the first time. Tama has always been, for me, very consistent even in their 'budget grade' equipment. This pedal plays extremely well and I recommend it.
Question:	What is the difference between these and the IC
Answer:	Other than the different finishes in the posts (600 has black anodized, 200 has polished silver) AND the 600 features a double-link chain for both pedals vs. the 200's single chain... I don't notice very much difference at all. Actions are very similar, both are equally adjustable and versatile. Both are TAMA-tough as well (great quality).

Answer:	If you are talking about the beaters, the parts that hit the drum, they are already right next to each other. You couldn't move them closer together without having them touch. If you are talking about the pedals, the answer is still no, because the drive shaft is a certain length and you can't make it shorter than that. They can be extended, but not closer together.

Answer:	Adam T. is correct. I would imagine even an electronic kit needs some type of carpet under it for the kick and hi-hat pedals.

Answer:	The iron cobra is a great pedal, however, IMO the DW is smoother. I didn't have enough money to buy the 9000 series but if you do the 9000 is so unbelievably amazing. The 3000 is great for my needs currently.

Question:	I have had these for a couple of years and they have never felt comfortable. Any suggestions on getting the right tension and feel
Answer:	The one I have was not set up properly by the factory. I can only guess that yours was not as well. I had to remove the ends of the shaft where the springs attach and realign the splines to allow more hammer throw. When I first set it up it didnt feel powerful at all. After some tinkering I was able to get it to pound.

Answer:	I don’t think there’s a way to convert the chain drive to a direct drive. I do have to say that the pedal is extremely intuitive, it just takes a little bit of time to dial it in.

Answer:	It's a very good pedal for the price. With that being said it may not be up to your standards with the abuse you will be putting it thru. As far as the dw I've never owned one. For the double bass I put it thru not bad at all. But of your double pedaling thru your set list. Prolly not.

Answer:	Order the Direct Drive linkage.... the chain is fine but once your feet have felt the power and speed of that direct drive linkage (which yes you can change the chain or strap to direct drive through Pearls parts catalog) it will feel as if your really in control. Practice is going to be your best friend but I understood your question and I've played chains/straps for 21 years. I purchased the Eliminator in Jan 2017, about 1 month ago I saw someone replace their strap for the direct drive linkage. Personally I prefer this pedal over the Demon drive as I love all of the customization's one can do with this pedal. Now that it's direct drive I couldn't be happier. With lots of practice my bpm have more than double and it's all about the ability to control. Doing doubles is a walk in the park along with triplets. Like M. Sweeney said you just gotta keep on practicing. I hope this helps. You don't have to go fork out over 1k for a direct drive now... now you get the best of BOTH worlds... the Pearl Eliminator and a direct drive pedal. If you don't believe me just search the net for direct drive conversion kits. Answer:	I have only had these (returned them) and the Axis AL-2. I like the Axis more because it's an actual longboard, and it seems to be lighter to me. Now, it's not anywhere near as adjustable as these, which is about the only con I have for the Axis pedals.
Question:	can this pedal be changed to lefty dobble pedal
Answer:	Probably. I bought lefty one used even though I am right handed. Easy to convert to righty. Use heat gun to loosen loctite and remove 4 hex plug screws. You will probably strip them if you don't use heat gun. Use included drum key to remove 12 hex screws from bottom. Swap stuff around. Put it back together. Have only converted the P3002DL to righty--haven't seen the P3002D--but I would be shocked if it can't be converted to lefty.
