Answer: It can attached to all cymbal stand diameters. I don't think it would be able to attach to a drum rack tube.

Answer: It sure looks like it. The recommended stand for the HPD-20 is the Roland PDS-10, which is the same stand for the SPD-30 (Ocatapad). So, since both have the same mounting footprint, I am confident that the APC-33 will work with the HPD-20.

    Question: How long is each arm of the L-arm and what is the diameter
    Answer: The handles unscrew but they also squeeze the clamp around the tube so the clamp wouldn't hold. If you are trying to use this clamp without the t-handles, you should be able to replace them by using a nut with washer. Hope this helps.
