Answer:	I tried my '62 Guild Starfire, and even after removing the supplemental head and heel cushioning, this particular case is neither wide or long enough for my hollow body, which I believe is comparable with your Electromatic. With padding in place as intended, it fits my Tele perfectly, and seems suited for standard solid body electrics. Definitely the best gig bag I've had, so you might just want to ask the folks at gaorcases.com what would work.

Question:	What are the strings like? Did you replace them? What strings would you recommend
Answer:	The strings that come with the guitar are great. It doesn't tell you what strings are on it when you get it. I have not replaced them yet but I ordered the Nickel Wound D'Addario XL EXLS. The gauge is super light 40, 60, 75, 95 gauge. This is for short scale basses and you have to make sure you get short scale because that is what is recommended by the company. I did a lot of research and these strings come the closest in comparison to the strings that come with the guitar.

How to adjust the neck

In a normal situation, the guitar neck should keep straight and level, but acoustic guitar uses nylon string which has a huge tension and may bend the neck and cause buzzing. we use a two-way truss rod that helps the guitar adjust its neck and keep straight under the huge tension of the string.

When the neck is been bend backward the string

The truss rod is at the end of the neck, you can see and adjust it from the soundhole

Slowly clockwise adjust the truss rod with the Allen wrench, and see the change of the neck. till it back to level then stop adjust.

When the neck is been bend toward the string

Slowly counterclockwise adjust the truss rod till the neck back to level.

You can also use this method to adjust the action.

Answer:	Unfortunately not. These guitar cases are hand made, and the foams are specific to this design and non-returnable. If you bought the foam and they did not fit, you would not be able t return it.

Answer:	It's not rated as "luggage", I wouldn't check it in with baggage as is. Perhaps if packed in its original shipping carton for extra protection. As a carry-on, check with your airline for size restrictions. This item will have to be hand-inspected by TSA. If you're carrying your firearm with this and want to carry-on it, check with TSA.GOV and your airline for details. You can also snap a pic and sent direct to TSA via Twitter to check.

Answer:	On the handle, we use 2 rivets per side. Machine pressed into the interior of the box, and through the box. Pressure is 100kg, which means that you can load up to 220 pounds technically. Depending on the contents, you will want to be cautious of foam over compression, and impact forces. By design, it is intended for a single firearm and 2 loaded magazines. For ease of use, we do not recommend loads over 30 pounds. The heavier, the more unwieldy it is to handle. Most standard firearms, with ammo, are less than half of this, and leaves the availability of extra ammo, lights, scopes, and other accessories.

Question:	Where are these Manufactured
Answer:	Hola guitars are manufactured in China, I own one and it doesn't say anywhere on the guitar where it is made. They are a good quality guitar. The tuners are very good, the finish is very good, the action is very good. A excellent value. I'd say they use some kind of a laminate for the face of the guitar. Probably its weakest point as the low end tone is pretty hollow. Not much punch to the bass strings. But for the price and for a beginner or kid they are great guitars. I've bought more expensive guitars that weren't this nice.

Answer:	The brand is "HOLA" I wouldn't recommend it. The size is nice but mine got out of tune by itself and the bridge tore up just from me tuning it. Sound is not great either.

Answer:	The acoustic model does not have a pickup but our Acoustic Electric and Deluxe Acoustic Electric both have a Fishman Sonitone pickup.

Answer:	You bet! We experience that scenario all the time here in Utah where we make them. We wouldn't recommend doing that for extended periods of time just for the parts that are still wood, but for shorter periods of time that'd be totally fine.
