Question:	Does the usb port mean it has interface capabilities (can i record with it without an audio interface to pc
Answer:	The PC recognizes the USB connection as a MIDI interface, which can be used to switch between patches.
Question:	Can you delete only the previous loop that you recorded instead of the whole loop
Answer:	No you can not delete part of a loop. In some other loopers you can undo one or more previous loops, but with the G1on you can not. When you delete a loop that was made on top of a a rhythm loop all the loops get deleted. It kind of sucks! This is about the only fault I can find w/ the G1on.
Question:	I just bought a digitech-360 and found out i can't use the looper with the drum machine.. can you use the drums with the looper on this unit
Answer:	Yes you can select a drum pattern and start playing it, then switch to looper mode and record while playing to the drum sounds. The drum sounds don't get recorded though, but you can play to the beat unlike the digitech 360.
Question:	whats the difference between this and spending hundreds on different pedals
Answer:	Lol! A lot, and not that much. This makes for an excellent practice pedal/tone lab. It's perfect for trying out different sounds and pedal combos and learning about basic signal path for FX. Some people even gig with this unit, though the G3X and G5X are considered more "Pro. Grade" though they have basically the same FX engine. Picking, buying, and building your own custom boutique pedal board is also rewarding and can provide some more unique and better quality FX... But you can literally spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Plus you'll need to try out the different pedals and build out a board. But individual pedals does give you flexibility DURING a performance. Note that the G1Xon has only two stomps and a wah. (Look at the manual, it's more complicated than that.) But basically (tl:dr) if you already know what sounds you want and you're a professional, spend hundreds on different pedals. If you want to experiment with different tone/FX and are primarily rehearsing and doing house of worship & coffee houses, buy the G1Xon.

Question:	i just bought this awesomeness, but there is a pause between loops! maybe i can update? how can i update the Lekato looper
Answer:	you have to strike your first note right when you step on the pedal. I created a rather complex loop which keeps perfect time, but striking the note and stepping on the pedal at the same time created a click sound. Don't know if that always happens...just started experimenting with this pedal.
Question:	Does this unit produce an added low hum for anyone else? My amplifier is normally very quite when turned on, but adding this in line creates a low hum
Answer:	I havent noticed any hum... it could potentially be due to having multiple pedals in your pedal chain?

Question:	I cant get mine to play more than 2 seconds without repeating itself. Am I doing something wrong
Answer:	I plan on purchasing this item and will be happy to respond w/ an actual answer. I don't understand why it's easier for some people to complain rather than assist. Suggesting to read the owner's manual is a total PaulVega thing to do. Almost as bad as when people respond w/ an "I don't know" answer. I guess I'm doing the same thing here, but I plan on updating!

Answer:	I think it should work IF you have a high impedance mic with a 1/4” phone plug at cable end. The input impedance spec is 1Meg ohm as are many guitar amp inputs.

Answer:	Yes, press it once. It is clearly stated in the instructions.

Answer:	I cannot tell you that exact answer... But I have tried a few of the Loopers in this price range... This has, from what I can tell 0 sound loss for Quality loss when replaying. No matter how many layers okay.. Well at least up to about 11 or 12 which is what I have done myself. If your options are between this pedal or the boss rc1... You will get relatively the same quality sound but, you will have the added advantage of three different places to save loops, whereas, the boss rc1 does not have this.

Answer:	I use multi fx also and I wanted to be able to change the sound and loop so I put it last in line... BTW... love the pedal... I use it playing out.

Answer:	Yes. When your loop is playing, double-click the button and it will stop; the LED will flash green. Clicking the button again will start the loop at the beginning.
Question:	Hi, if I lay down a 1-bar loop, will the Ditto let me record, say, an 8-bar overdub and multiply the original loop 8 times to match
Answer:	nope, if you overdub 8 times over a 1 bar loop the overdubs will layer one-on-top-of-the-other over that 1 bar. You would have to record the base loop as an 8 bar, press stop, and then overdub over the 8 bar loop that you created.

Answer:	Not that I’ve seen. It’s not like a MIDI controller but there are some strange effects that are pretty out there.

You just got me wondering what might happen if you were to include two or more loopers in one chain. I think I'll go try it!

Question:	This only has 1 stereo or dual mono output? guess i'll get a jamman solo xt and a sdrum instead for dual stereo outs
Answer:	It is one stereo L/R out.You can split the L/R to have one side play guitar looped audio in mono out the right side, and drums out mono on the left side. That way you can have audio looping on say your amp, and then separate out the drums and send to a full range PA instead of having to run them through your amp. You cannot run stereo out left and stereo out right.
Question:	Is there an option to hold down one button on an external switch that will clear both loops
Answer:	If you mean clearing layers and drums at the same time, I guess there's not..

Question:	Does it save the loop when powered off? Previous question had conflicting answers
Answer:	To be completely frank, I despise this pedal. I don't know how it has gotten so many positive reviews. But to answer your question, sometimes it saves them (when you're trying to get red of them, which is most of the time) and sometimes not. Sometimes, powering it off (completeing disconnecting it) is what I had to resort to get rid of a loop. It sometimes worked on the first try and sometimes the loop was still there. The loop function is not intuitive and does not work as well as many cheaper loop pedals. Of course, they don't include the even more horrendous feature of this pedal. The drum machine. The drum machine beats are worthless and almost all sound horrible. None sound "good" or at least of an acceptable quality or skill level to be of any real use (particularly at a gig). I would compare the sound and beats to the cheapest lowest quality children's drum kit thrown into a large metal trash can and rolled down a flight of stairs and recorded through an 80's gated reverb effect. I've been a professional, gigging musician for a long time and this is by far the most disappointing and useless piece of gear I think I've ever purchased although it has given some friends of my mine a few laughs at literally my expense.

3 Modes of Drum Machine/Looper

LOOPER

In this mode, only the looper will be activated. Rotate the LOOPER knob to adjust the recording volume level of the looper. Press the footswitch to control the looper.

DRUM

In this mode, only the drum machine will be activated.

LOOPER & DRUM

Looper and drum machine will be active simultaneously.

LOOPER

REC: Press the footswitch once and begin playing your instrument. The looper will record what you play, the footswitch LED will turn RED.

PLAYBACK: Press the footswitch again to stop recording and begin to playback of the loop, the footswitch LED will turn BLUE. In this state the looper will continuously playback the looper you just recorded. You can jam away over the top of this loop without adding to it.

DUB: In this state the looper will record and add an extra layer to your loop. When the looper is in playback state, press footswitch again to dub, the footswitch LED will turn RED. The looper will record what you play and add it to your loop as an additional layer Press the footswitch again to exit dub and revert back to playback state.

DRUM

1. Rotate the GENRE and PATTERN knobs to select the desired style and rhythm of the drum machine.

2. Press TAP several times in-time to set the desired tempo of the drum machine. The blinking rate of the TAP LED will indicate the current speed.

3. Press the footswitch to activate the drum machine. Rotate the Drum knob to adjust the volume level of the drum machine.

4. Press the footswitch while drum loop is playing to stop.

DRUM & LOOPER

1. Utilize GENRE and PATTERN knobs to select the desired drum machine type.

2. Press TAP several times in-time to set the desired tempo of the drum machine. The blinking rate of the TAP LED will indicate the current speed.

3. Press the footswitch to activate L+D mode. The count-in will play to indicate the currently selected speed of the drum machine. After the count-in finishes, the looper will start to record while the drum machine begins playing.

4. The operation of L+D is the same of that in looper mode. The tempo of the drum machine cannot be changed during play. You can adjust the volume level of the looper and drum machine by adjusting the LOOPER and DRUM knobs during play.

5. The looper and drum will stop and start simultaneously in the L+D mode.

INSTRUCTIONS

• The LOOPER and DRUM machine can be used simultaneously. It is recommended to set the groove of the DRUM machine first before selecting the LOOPER mode for recording.

• We recommend to place the FS01 as the last pedal in your pedalboard or effects chain to ensure other pedals will not be affected by the FS01.

Question:	Does the aux in save to stereo? I have a jam man solo xt with aux in and it converts to mono
Answer:	Yes you can, but you need to mic the guitar first in order to input sound into the pedal, otherwise the pedal will not record as it does not have an embedded mic.
Question:	Can the nux loop core unit use Nimh recahargable batteries, can it work with a Mac, does it use wave files
Answer:	absolutely. You probably figured this out already, but for anyone with the same question, put your multi pedal first if you want the effects to be loopable, and run the cable off the Nux into the input of the amp. If you have an effect loop amp you are in luck, because you can run your multipedal into the front of the amp and the looper in the effect loop. This way you can turn off all your effects, or only turn on certain ones, play a loop that way and keep it clean or only affected by what you want, then change the settings on the amp or whatever, and play over the top of the still unchanged loop with the new settings. You can only do this if you use the ME20 for all your effects. If you try to run effects etc on both the amp and the pedal, when you change your amp settings you affect everything. Run your amp on a clean setting for stuff like this. If you run everything into the front of the amp (no effect loop amp, for example) you have a problem then with your loops changing every time you change settings on the amp unless you keep the amp clean always, OR only use amp effects and no use the multi pedal for that song/songs. Its a bit mind boggling at first. It took me a while to get my head around it all with cables and pedals and what signal goes where in the amp (or not). My suggestion is that if you have an amp with effects, use those first and not a multi pedal or effect pedals. If you have pedals, run the amp clean and use the pedals. Its only when you try to combine the two that it starts to get confusing! Then, ye old trial and error is your friend.
