Answer:	You can connect turntables to the controller. I have two turntables connected and record my records into Rekordbox DJ. No issues at all.
Question:	can you load tracks onto third and fourth channels or are those just for extra equipment
Answer:	Yes, you can play 4 songs simultaneously without any additional equipment. The only advantage of having additional equipment is you'll have complete control over all 4 songs at the same time. Without additional equipment, you'll have complete control over 2 songs together and limited control over the other 2 songs. i.e you'll only be able to use the middle mixer section to control the additional tracks that aren't selected on your decks. Add drama to your sets and easily mix different styles of music. No matter what the BPM or key of the next track is, you can create an exciting transition whenever you want. Simply press the knob and turn it as fast or as slowly as you like to start building up the tension in the music.

Increase the influence of the effect by simply turning the knob, depending on the preset pattern you’ve chosen, the combination of different effects and samples is triggered at the same time.

When you’re ready to make a drop and move to your next track, simply press the knob again. The effect is released and, when one is assigned in the preset, the sample plays. The track stops automatically so all you need to do is hit play on the other deck to drop your next track.

Jog Cutter: Create pro-sounding scratch effects, one-handed

Turn on Jog Cutter and simply move the jog wheel to apply a professional-sounding scratch effect to the last Hot Cue or playback position you used on that deck. There are 10 different scratch patterns and you can switch from one to another by simply moving the playhead position, shown on the jog wheel’s display, to point toward the angle for the scratch you want to use.

Answer:	I understand you may be able to play Traktor on it, but Serato is fantastic and is made by Rane. I personally would by a Traktor board if your set on using Traktor. I personally like Serato better. My cousin uses Traktor and I have played on the S8 Traktor mixer which is really nice. I almost bought it but when I saw Pioneer used Serato and Pioneer being the top DJ equipment out there, I went with that. Plus I had used Serato in the past and really luked it.

Answer:	You can download serato dj from serato.com now you don't need the controller until your ready to play, yes serato dj can see tracks in itunes,but you still have to analyze tracks and put beat grids on them. The controller will play itunes tracks, in serato dj settings turn on iTunes tracks, look up any controller on youtube.

I believe the WeGO 4 is the only one that's compatible with Pioneer's new iPad app called "WEDJ". I may be wrong about that, and the 3 may also be compatible, but I use Algoriddim DJay Pro, so I haven't looked into it. Another difference between the two is that the 4 has a "Filter" knob instead of a "Mid" knob. In other words, on the 3, you can control the "Highs", "Mids", and "Lows" on your EQ. With the 4, you only get control over the "Highs" & "Lows", but you now have a "Filter" control. Overall, this is a good thing for me because I use the filter a lot more than I was using the Mid knob.A third difference that comes to mind is that the jack on the back for connecting your iPad, iPod or iPhone is a standard USB jack on the 4, whereas on the 3, it is a proprietary jack that comes with a proprietary cable for connecting your iPad. iPod or iPhone. It works fine, but if you lose that cable, your'e screwed. It id definitely better to have a standard USB port instead.Those are really the only differences I am aware of. Hope it helps.
