Answer: I saw an improvement within two weeks. My nails are stronger and longer. Since I ordered Nail Tek XTRA I've trimmed my nails once because they were too long for the job that I do. The product is awesome!! I've used Nail Tek before so I knew how great the product were.

Answer: Xtra and #4 are the same thing, but at one point, they switched from calling it just Xtra, to including it in the numbering scheme they had for the other three formulas. If you look at the box for #4, smaller on the front, it says Xtra.

One arrived with the bridge set up and simply required fine tuning, the other arrived with (2) bridges which were not set up. Unfortunately, unable to recall which distributor. Regardless, not very difficult to set up.
