Answer:	I don’t know where you got that word from but I would think that that means shock resistant

Answer:	I don't think you can, and I do agree this case is not a very good one, it's hard to type on and a bit flimsy. I had a case similar to this and I removed the screen protector, that creates a gap between the phone and the case.
