It seems that their entire back story is all bull crap and that they bought their drones from eachine. The only difference is they have s different controller but it's cheap as crap. Buy this one if your looking. Plus it ended up taking me almost 3 months to get the drone x. This one took 1 day!

So you are looking at 30 inches in wire, (one wire to the device and one back to power supply) which is going to be about 11.7 ohms. The voltage drop will be dependent on the current through the wire. For 1 amp you are looking at only a drop of about 0.37 volts. You should see about 3.3 volt across the two wires

Answer:	about 60'. anymore than that and it can easily loose contact with controller. I had mine for 3 hours before I lost contact and the drone disappeared forever.
