Question: | Does this hard case have the 4 little metal feet on the end to stand it on? Does it have a lock and key |
Answer: | I does have lock and key, can't remember about the 4 little feet tho. That's never been a concern of mine. |
Question: | Is this a junior or |
Answer: | Full size |
Question: | Beginner here. can i switch the strings out for nylon. if so what kind/type/size do i buy |
Answer: | No reason why you cant. Just be aware that the sound of nylon strings will not be as strong or full on a dreadnaught style as the steel strings. Mine came with 12s. I considered changes them to say, 10s, but my fingers quickly callused up to the 12 after a few days of pain. I practiced very brief periods of time several times a day until then. Been practicing a few hours a day since then for about 8 weeks and I dont really notice any discomfort now. But there is nothing wrong with starting with nylons. |
Question: | Can this guitar be ordered for left handed |
Answer: | Yes, specify at checkout |

Question: | Is it a fender guitar? sounds like it's chinese knock off bundled with fender products |
Answer: | For a hundred bucks your not gonna get fender quality , the sound is defiantly there . I recommend changing the strings and not using the ones they send if your not a beginner. I play this guitar often down at the creek . Or just in my back yard. For the price you will not find a better guitar . With good strings it sounds better then some of the 200 and 300 dollar epiphany and Ibanez acoustics I've played |
Question: | would this be good for an 11 year old girl that has never played |
Answer: | This is a full size guitar. It depends on how big they are. May be a 3/4th size may be more suitable for a 11 year old girl. |

User questions & answers
Question: | The guitar was missing one strap button, shouldn’t there be two |
Answer: | This model, like a lot of cheaper acoustics, only has one. The easiest thing to do is tie the other end of the strap to the headstock, by the nut. Or you could have a second button installed at a guitar shop (or on your own if you're brave). |
Question: | How long is the delivery? I need it on 27 for a present |
Answer: | Probably won't make it in time now |
Question: | How hard is it to tune yourself when you first get it? (Total rookie here- wanting to start learning |
Answer: | There is a tuner. You just set it to the guitar and plink a string, then the tuner shows the tone. It’s very easy. I was a very beginner but could tune it immediately. |
Question: | What’s the size difference between kid size and this guitar. It’s for an 8 year old. Is this too big |
Answer: | Yes, it's going to be too big for most 8-year olds. I'd recommend that you go to a regular guitar store and try several out before making your decision, so you have some benchmarks to help you decide. There are 3/4 sized guitars which sound pretty decent for beginners, and also there are cutaways and double cutaways (Yamaha for example) with thinner bodies that make it easier for a child or small adult to learn. Also ask about the "scale" of the guitar. Regular scale is 25.5 inches, but slightly shorter guitars will be easier for children and small adults to play. I recommend that you buy a brand name, as well. If the guitar is well-made, the person is more likely to stay with it and end up learning to play the guitar. |
