Answer:	I have had to use the handles to raise the front end because there is no tilt bar. I have only had to do that twice. One it worked great and the last time I ended up turning the chair around and backing over a door threshold. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Janice, it's weight is 43 lb as you see it on the picture. Putting it in the car trunk can be a little difficult task, depends on the physical capability of the person and accessibility to the car trunk. Handling on the floor is no problem. Answer:	If your question pertains to the Carex Transport Wheelchair, I don't think the arms are replaceable. On the chair I ordered, the arms are welded to and part of the frame. If you mean the arm-rests, I'm not sure. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Answer:	The only assembly you have to do is pop in the wheels turn a few screws. After this, you also pop in the pedals and you are done. I assembled two of them. It took me 15 minutes total which included removing from the box and taking off the plastic and cardboard. Not that I have had any problems, be sure to double check all wheel screws before each use for added safety.

I did not weigh it myself but I did have occasion to put it in my SUV about ten times in one day when I went to visit her. I am 66 and had no problem with it. I will say that she is the youngest of her friends who are transporting her around while her broken left foot and right ankle heal. She's says they are able to lift it quite well and, of course, my aunt is thrilled to be able to continue going out with the girls. I also bought this chair for another 70ish gal so that she can transport her 94-year-old mom. She is so happy to have the transport chair as it is much lighter than her mother's walker. Answer:	It is widest at the handbrakes 23 1/4". If you fold down the handles it is 22 1/2". Fits easily through most modern doorways. You may be able to gain an inch by installing offset door hinges as I did in a mobile home with narrow doorways.

Answer:	It doesn’t come with it, it folds up compactly. Ask Drive medical.
Question:	Can the legs swing back out of the way
Answer:	There is a pocket on the back of the wheelchair seat but I do not know if an oxygen canister would fit. It would depend on the size of the canister and the pocket is only able to hold a letter size folder. You could contact the company and see if the chair can have an attachment to hold the canister. Answer:	I would use it at a museum. The difference in the transport wheelchair and a regular one is that someone has to push the transport wheelchair. If there are inclines, it might be a problem if the person in the wheelchair is heavy or the pusher is weak.

Answer:	I measured the “wheel to wheel” as 27 inches. That’s from the outer most rollbar to the other outer most roll bar. I have the 18 inch across seat not the wide one that’s 20 inches . Seat depth is 15 1/2 inches . The height from the floor to the seat is 20 inches. My chair is from the front of the seat to the back of the wheel 27 1/2 inches. And the back of the chair from floor to the top of the handlebars are 36 inches. I don’t have the swing away leg rests. I have no use for them since I am a double above knee amputee. Question:	will a 220lb but extra wide hip 33 inches (side to side) fit the wheelchair seat
Answer:	My aunt had a very big butt and we had to return the Medline chair we purchased because it wouldn't fit in the chair without her forcing it in. Then it was very difficult to get her up and out of it because her butt got smashed into the space between the seat and the side of the chair. She said she had pinch marks on her butt--I took her word for it. We found an Invacare wheelchair that was made for people with big butts and it worked fine. We called it the Kim Kardashian model---HA HA!
