Answer:	Only if she has strength in her arms to help stand up, otherwise "no". This was a great help for me when transferring my husband from bed to chair, chair to car and the reverse. But from the floor two of us had to pick him up. Good luck!

Answer:	The base is not square. The front width is 26" the back width is 17". The length from front to back is 30". Another measurement you might need is height of the small back wheels to slide under a recliner or bed, 5" clearance is needed. Hope that answers your questions.

Answer:	The Lumex 1600 can be dangerous for short patients if used only with the seat pads, since they do not have locks. Short people who can not sit on top of the pads are liable to fall out backwards when the seat pads bounce up when going over bumps or thresholds.
Question:	Do legs spread apart to fit power chairs
Answer:	No. My sister uses a Jazzy Air powered wheelchair and the LF1600's wheel spacing interferes with the wheelchair front outrigger wheels. The lift must be staggered a bit to one side to allow its wheels to fit with one lift wheel inside the wheelchair outrigger and the other outside the wheelchair outrigger. This makes for a difficult process for patients to lift themselves out of their wheelchair and hold a standing position until the lift seats are set. My sister can make the maneuver, but it is not easy. No problem with her commode, hospital bed or furniture chairs.

Question:	Can the foot pedals be removed
Answer:	I use the stick to ward off aggressive dogs when I am walking. I haven’t tried to use it against a person. It could be used to hit a person, but it could be jerked out of your hands by someone strong.
Question:	Can this chair be used as a shower chair too
Answer:	The walking sticks come in 40", 50", 55" and 60" lengths. The pattern and design change with the lengths.
Question:	What is the depth of the pail
Answer:	I'm no expert. What I did was hold my hand out with my arm at a slightly upward tilt - one that would be comfortable on the trail but not make me stoop going downhill - and added about a foot so the comfortable point would be about where I'd find the handle. The next trick is to find a stick at that height. I got one reasonably close to my supposed "ideal," and my wife did the same, winding up with a shorter stick. They both are very comfortable for walking. The other factor to look at is weight. The ones I found on Amazon were quite light and strong. A friend made his own out of a solid hickory stick and it's all hand-polished, etc. Very pretty, but too heavy for me to find comfortable on a long walk... it makes a fine quarterstaff for him, however, a fighting discipline he practices with his stick. So the weight you want depends on what you intend to use it for.
Question:	Can this chair be used over a toilet that is just under 17" high
Answer:	How long it last depends on deer traffic as well as soil type. Clay soil will hold the mineral longer than sandy. Sandy soil it will leach out faster. I wouldn't reapply any faster than 60 days. They found the three I created quick and were at them constantly. I even poured it over a dead fall and they are the tree down. I keep cameras on my sites and when activity starts to drop off I recharge it. Keep in mind that if u over treat a site they will leave it alone until some of it has leached out into the soil. I've had great luck with the stuff. In my area (Alabama Gulf Coast). They are just losing their racks so I'm about to go refresh all my sites. I try to keep it refreshed at least every 2-3 months. But that's just me personally.

Answer:	Backrest does not have a ridged frame. You might be able to attach on the side. It should easily slip into one of the saddle pouches that come with this item that is very adaptable.

Answer:	The foot rest locks, and when you close the walker, it is pretty tight so it remains easy to put it in a car. I'm very pleased with the walker. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Answer:	The seat height is approximately 19- 20" from the floor. When my husband will be sitting for more than a short while we purchased the 3" seat cushion to use with the rollator.

Question:	what is the cup holder made of
Answer:	The cup holder is made of plastic. It does tend to collect some water if your glass or bottle sweats so I solved this problem by putting a napkin on the bottom. My friend broke one of the arms when someone hit her holder with a cart. It had to be replaced. So be careful when you go through doorways or around other moving carts.
Question:	The description says this is 4.5" x 7.5" inches. How far does it stick out from the actual chair/walker
Answer:	Mine is about 7.5 inches installed on chair/walker and opened, but it is about 3.5 inches square where a cup sits and closes up to 1.5 inches about the distance of my plastic screw ons for my handles with brakes.
Question:	is this easy to open/ close? Bought another one that looked like this but very hard to open/close with arthritic hands
Answer:	The holder is stiff and a bit hard to open. The springs are tight and I can see where someone with arthritic hands might have difficulty.

Answer:	If the floor is uneven, that may be a problem. After you get on the scales, you have to wait for a couple of seconds for the scales to stop "flashing" and settle on a weight. My scales "flash" for a couple of seconds and settle on a weight every time. If it isn't doing that for you, perhaps it is broken.

Answer:	I bought this scale a VERY long time ago, and I've had to replace it since. I honestly don't remember what broke. However, as you can see in the photo the scale DOESN'T have a glass surface.

Answer:	Yes, the sides collapse to the middle just as on the higher priced walkers. I have an expensive priced walker given to me through Medicare and this one is just as sturdy. Would definitely recommend it.

Answer:	Handle to Handle is 19 3/4", not including the width of the wheels (5" wheels). I purchased the 3" wheels to go through narrow bathroom doorway. If you put on 3" wheels the walker would be 21 1/4" measurement on the bottom (walker is wider on bottom). If you keep the 5" wheels and flip them to the inside the walker would be approximately 21 1/4" on the bottom side.
Question:	What is the width of the wheel base at it's widest? Needs to fit through 25" bathroom door
Answer:	YES, it's definitely possible to add back wheels. I've had multiple sclerosis for 21 years and have ALWAYS used 4-wheeled walkers. Just buy an additional set of 5" wheels and snap them in just as you do with the front wheels.

It should have less than 0.2 lb error margin if your weight is under 110lb, and less than 0.4 lb error margin if your weight is in the range of 110 – 220 lb. There are some common causes that may affect the accuracy and consistency. 1) The scale was not placed on a hard and flat surface when you weighed. Please do not use the scale on carpets. 2) Your scale did not zero out when you took the measurement. Please do a power on reset. Pull one battery out and put it back, and immediately place it on a hard and flat surface. Make sure your scale displays “0.0”. 3) For each measurement, please wait for your scale back to 0 then step on to measure. Please double check and try again.
