It's largest manufacturing facility is in Shanghai. Distribution points in US - Los Angels, and Germany. The quality of the product and finish are very good. It is a simple clean out tool for under shrubs and other plants. I would purchase again

Answer:	Never ordered this particular item. Did order small hand rake to pick up fields from llama manure.

Answer:	Not recommended. I found a long handle brush used to scrape snow off of your windshield works best (HM 24" Scraper/Snow Style: 77645). Most likely available at an auto parts store.

Answer:	I don't recall what it is set for out of the box. There is a MODE button on the front that lets you weigh in the following modes: Pounds & ounces; Kilograms; Grams, Ounces.

Answer:	I just weighed an item that is over a pound, and the display read 1 lb. 4.4 oz. I hope this helps.
