Answer:	I don't think so. I believe it's just firm cut foam.
Question:	Does this include the removable board insert
Answer:	The strap on the back is only one piece that stretches to go around chair or car seat. The only way I can think of to make it open and close is to cut it at half-way point and put some Velcro glue-backed strips on the loose ends. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Sheets fit just fine on my king size articulating bed. The mattress sheet (2 of them) fit great on each twin xl unit. The top sheet fits nice with plenty of hang. Pillow cases nice as well. These sheets do not feel like a percale cotton, more like a soft polycotton. I loved the fact that a complete set (2 twin xl, 1 king and 2 pillow cases) all came as one unit. No need to buy 2 separate twin xl sheets and then waste the king mattress sheet that comes with a normal set.

Answer:	Is a touch too firm for my taste when used in a regular chair but is just about perfect in my wheelchair(handles the normal sag you get after a short while). Found this item to take care of almost all unwanted movement{http://www.amazon.com/dp/B016BF9GVG/ref=twister_B00P7SZF82?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1} I just used 1 strip in the rear against the back flap and 2 strips underneath (1 front/1rear). I just cut it to desired length (14" so it doesn't show) and pressed it in place (regular duty doesn't grip strongly enough) so I used the "industrial" strength to get that little extra needed gripping power.

Answer:	I find it very comfortable i have it in my recliner.
Question:	Will this allow me to sit up straight on my plush mattress without ruining my back
Answer:	I have no idea if different colors are in different sizes. Mine is black and is 13 1/2 long and 13 high width is about 1 inch in the center because of the concave style. I hope this helps I love mine
