Answer: | The are NOT dried and come in liquid. Just let then drip while. You should also only wash the outside of peppers. Brush out the seeds with you gloved fingers. Cheap "server" gloves are good enough for removing seeds. I always removes seeds so I can use more peppers for the same amount of heat. If they were dried you an use a paper towel or any brush or just your fingers but unless they are fresh I have not needed to do so. |
