Answer:	We put the sliders on but one day later removed them. One fit tightly, the other was loose & slid slightly to the side so the walker dragged & bumped on the nap of the carpet. I just put the original plugs in and they don’t work well on carpet either... the walker bounces & jumps along the carpet. So far, I am not very happy & may return it if I can’t get it right. My mother is 96 so bouncing up & down just won’t work!

Question:	What is the size of this. Width, depth, and height
Answer:	I have mine set at about 3 ft tall and it could be raised about 4 more inches. The front with is 20 inches I hope this helps but, I didn't measure the sides. I would like to add an other reason for buying this walker. I using a bathroom where the toilet was down so low and being a women it was too hard to stand up. Answer:	There is a removable seat that can be attached to the two cross bars on the sides that fold. It has two clips on each side. But the item you are showing does not have the seat. You can buy it separately or find the walker model that has the seat included.

Answer:	The seat is attached with the connecting pole and buckles in both ends, just release the buckle and pull up the seat.

Answer:	I would think it might be too low. Seat height 18 - 23 inches Product height 29 - 36 inches. I would suggest finding something 3 feet high (36 in) and try putting your hands on it to see if you are bending over. This wouldn't be comfortable if you need to bend over. I'm 5' 4" and this product fits me just fine. I really think you would need something taller. Sorry

My mother lives in Westchester (Yorktown Heights, NY) and I was told for that particular area where she lives Medicare would NOT pay for a walker but would pay for a wheelchair (which my mother did not need). However, my aunt who lives in Armonk (also in Westchester county) got a walker that Medicare paid for. Go figure?

Answer:	The bag folds quite nicely. We use one for my walker before gate-checking it. The airlines will give you a claim tag for it to use once you have loaded it in the bag. Gate-checking means that the walker is available as you leave the aircraft AND is not banged around with all the checked baggage. No charge for gate-checking.

Answer:	No cup holder but a mesh basket to put things in
Question:	How high is the seat surface from the floor
Answer:	The seat on my stander is 21" from the floor. ( Be warned, the seat is only 5" deep and, while handy, is not meant for prolonged sitting.)
Question:	Is this item eligible for free returns if it is not suitable
Answer:	No I sent it back because of the construction screws hit me in the spine not put together right when you sit down screws hit you right in the spine. I have the other one that you don’t sit on. I was hoping this new one would be better with four wheels and a seat. But no good. I’ll try and put all four wheels on the one I have that you can’t sit on. I do love it
Question:	Stander:seller...is there a shorter stander ez fold available? the stander i now have is about 2" too tall, which causes shoulder pain

Answer:	No. At least not one that comes with it. Don’t know if there is one that could be ordered separately. The walker folds up pretty thin, not much bigger than a large umbrella or cane. If I was traveling with it I would carry it on.
Question:	Does it come in any other colors? Would be nice if they matched the colors of the walker

Question:	What fabric is product made of
Answer:	It is a tight mesh , it does not have a plastic type coating like to original did, which peeled off and became ugly. Had only a few months but doesn't show any wear yet.

Answer:	No they are straps with snaps to hold them in place. easy to install

Answer:	I have that bag. It fits under any rollator. However, as with all under-seat bags, you will need to undo a few screws to get its straps in place. It's also an especially sturdy bag.
