If the basket spins but clunks, it usually means the basket is out of line. This can easily be fixed.Secondly, the gears might be out of line. Answer:	There should be a bearing that goes in the center of the container. The center post of the basket assembly rides on top of a bearing. If you’re not aware of it, it is easy to get lost during cleaning.

Answer:	Not sure about any Vinyl extractor, but the 4-frame Vingli extractor I bought didn't start during initial setup until I realized that there is a safety switch that requires the lid to be attached and in place. If you look closely you'll see a small plastic button that must be depressed for the extractor to start. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer.

Answer:	It looks as if it could be replaced with standard plastic version although the stainless one has worked fine it should have been placed lower. This is the only fault I have found with this spinner.

Answer:	I expected the gate to hinge up and away but it locks in place so that it hinges across the bottom. It is not terribly messy but seems like it would be more efficient in reverse.
Question:	Is a lot of honey wasted or stuck/left in the extractor
Answer:	Not really. I took a piece of bamboo about 4 feet long and put a spatula on the end of it, I use it to scrape the sides down. Then I tip the extractor over to get what is below the gate hole. Answer:	The hand crank and gear assembly is mounted on the aluminum frame and is held in place by the L screws, one on each side. This is an extra one in case you lose one. Speaking of losing parts be sure, not to lose the small ball bearing in the bottom of the tank that allows the frame basket to spin. Very easy to lose when you disassemble the extractor when you clean it. It is located under the shaft that runs through the center of the basket.

Answer:	I’m not where I can get to the honey spinner right now....it’s two hours away. But I can tell you that it will hold two deep frames.
Question:	Which of the 2 frame honey extactor that will do both sides without turning frames manually
Answer:	This extractor will not do both sides at the same time. It is a tangential design which means when the frames are placed in the basket with one side is facing out and after spinning you have to flip the frame to do the other side. It sounds like you want a radial type extractor which means the top bar of the frame faces out and this allows for both sides to flow out at the same time. I am not aware of a 2 frame model that is radial design. You will probably have to get a larger extractor as the drum has to be bigger to hold the frames in this manner.

Question:	With the plastic lids attached and closed, the contact on the switch does not engage. How do I bypass the switch so the motor will run without them
Answer:	The nuts and bolts that hold the hinge to the steel motor assembly may have rattled loose. I just had that same problem, with the safety switches not closing properly. Tightening all 8 screws that hold the 4 hinges to the center frame fixed the problem.

Question:	I have the 4 frame unit and had it tip over. I broke one of the clear lids do you sell parts
Answer:	This is my suggestion to you. Save all of the broken pieces. Tape them together, Try to locate a business that sells "Plex-e-glass, take your broken lid there and ask them if they would cut you a piece of "Plex-e-glass" and drool all of he holes in it, using the broken lid/cover as the pattern. Bussiness that sell window glass may be your first place to contact. If you have the tools you could cut the piece of flex-e-glass if not have the company do ever thing for you.
Question:	Can you get get just the electric device
Answer:	Don’t buy this. There support team sucks, If u have an issue they will keep Blowing u off so u can’t get anything fixed, Mine basket shaft was bent and they won’t replace it. I would look for a different company to buy from..
