Answer:	There are several online vendors who sell them. I purchased two pairs (there are two batteries in the UPS) last year for the larger capacity 5S1500 model from High Tech Battery Solutions. Believe I found them by (1) finding the UPA owner's manual online and finding the part number for the battery set, then (2) searching for that number online. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The seat height adjusts from 16 to 21 inches. The width and depth of the legs are both 16.75 inches, the width of the seat is 20.75 inches, the depth of the seat is 18 inches, the height of the seat is adjustable from 16 to 21 inches (add another 12.5 inches for the height of the backrest.) You should not have a problem with this seat as long as the inside bottom of your bathtub is at least 17 inches wide (so that the legs of the seat will fit in it.) Although the seat is wider than the legs, the seat will sit above the height of most bathtubs, unless you have a really deep bathtub (21 inches or more.)
Question:	Is the back removable
Answer:	Yes, it is removable. The optional back clicks right into the cut-out at the back of the bench. The chair back has two grooved slots that fit over two corresponding plastic slats at the back of the bench. Align the grooves and slats, and press gently to securely attach the back. The very end of the chair back has two sturdy, rectangular plastic tabs that fit into the central opening at the back of the bench. The tabs have built-in, horizontal 2-inch plastic lips that lock the chair back into place.If you attach the back, and then change your mind, you can easily remove it. Turn the chair over. To release the horizontal plastic lips that secure the back, press the ends of both plastic, rectangular tabs toward each other until they touch. I used both hands to do this, but someone with larger hands may be able to use only one. Simply pull the chair back away from the bench.

Answer:	This is a terrific chair. I just ordered another one yesterday. Going to have knee replacement surgery and needed a dependable chair. Doesn't slide at all. I have to pick it up to move it. Purchased my first one for $29.95. The second one had increased to $34.95. Check around for the best price.

Question:	Does the arm on the chair come off for transfer
Answer:	No
Question:	could the wheels be taken off this and rubber feet put on it
Answer:	There are 2 screws at the top of each wheel. Could be taken off I suppose but they look pretty secure. I need the wheels for my son so I have not tried.
Question:	How do I adjust the height of the chair? Instructions say to push buttons, but I cannot get them to push
Answer:	The chair I purchased is not adjustable. I wish it was. I find it odd that some of us got a chair that is NOT adjustable and obviously you and someone else gotone that IS. This does not make me happy.
Question:	What is the overall width of this chair including wheels? - needs to go through a 22" doorway, will this fit
Answer:	at the wheel base, it is around 22 inches by 22 inches. Most likely, it will not fit through a 22 inch doorway.however, it roll really well on carpet, and it can get through regular bedroom door, regular bathroom door, but it could not go through my shower stall doorway. it is light and sturdy, and can transport patient around very well.

Question:	When the seat is folded up, what is the width to the wall
Answer:	It will get moldy if it isn’t cleaned periodically. I make sure the cushion is propped up for airflow under the bottom.
Question:	I want to install this in a hallway. Any concerns with drywall? Will this attach to 16" on center studs
Answer:	Yes. I cut a slot after my prostatectomy and it is still great. (almost 2 months old)

Question:	What is the weight limit on this chair
Answer:	No. Get a flat hard soled shoe like vans, or even nanos, metcons, etc. The elevated heel will do you no favors on carrying events.
Question:	Is the handle interchangeable from RH and LH sides
Answer:	No, these shoes are intended for weightlifting/powerlifting only. I wouldn't use them for anything other than that. I use these for squats and dead-lifts, then switch to basic running shoes for cardio.
Question:	what is the highest this will go. I one to go at least 23 or 24 high. Thank you
