Answer:	A little thicker than hose but thinner than normal socks. More like a trouser sock. I find them too thick to wear with dress pumps.

Answer:	Well, it also depends on your calf size on what size you should get in these. I have decent size calves and also wear a size 9 shoe and I wear a size medium in these socks. Some pharmacies can measure you for more accurate sizing or you can also google how to measure it yourself.

Answer:	there is a sizing chart. small - shoe size 4-5 around ankle 7"-8", calf circum 10"-14"; medium shoe size 5-7, ankle circum 8"-9", calf circum 11"-15"; M/L, shoe size7-9, ankle 9"-10", calf 15"-16"; large ,shoe size 8-10, ankle 9"-11", calf 12"-17", x large, shoe size 11-12, ankle 11"-12", calf 13"-18'. However , I was very disappointed with this product. It did not come all the way to my knee and the band at the top was thin so it rolls down and forms a thick elastic band half way down the calf. Answer:	The side arms are made of metal with plastic arm rest but there is nothing supporting the arms other than where they are attached to the chair back. I don't know how well they would do it you put too much press on them when you get up. Also, we are still waiting on the company to decide what they are going to do. The chair has not worked since we got it 10 days ago. It looks like it is charging but after you disconnect the adapter it will not turn on. They had me send them pictures of the controller and they are trying to decide what it will take to get it to work. I think that once it starts working that it will ideal for my 95 year old mother but just waiting.

Answer:	I just went and measured the chair with a tape measure. The smallest opening would be 27 inches. The chair does fold and it could go through that way if you needed to go through that doorway without the person in it. It is quickly folded and unfolded so if you had a way to get the person through, they chair would fit folded.
