Question:	How long it it? I mean, I am short with T. rex arms, but if it's not gonna reach my butt it's not worth the price
Answer:	This will work. I have had 2 so far over about 8 years and they work great for me. But I dont have short arms? They are a little on the expensive side but well worth it. I had my last one for a little over 2 years befor it broke in the handle. But they seem to crack and break after using on a regualr basis like I used mine. Answer:	I'm sure that it can be used from the back with little effort. We used it from the front and it was very effective. I cannot picture it from the side however it may work.
Question:	this is embarrassing, but how can the round end piece that holds the tissue/wet wipe fit the narrow area in between the 'cheeks
Answer:	It's just like wiping with toilet paper it gets between the crack. It fits in the buddy wipe enough to wipe you. My Mom loves it.
Question:	How do you use it
Answer:	This is how I use it: I go to the bathroom. I put a wipee or toilet paper in the Buddy. I stand up but sort of crouch down a bit and pass the Buddy through my legs to reach my butt. Then move it back and forth. I pull it back through my legs carefully and hand pull the wipee out. It's not gross. Wiping in a regular way means you are touching the paper. The release thing doesn't work well which is a good thing because it holds the paper or wipee REALLY tightly, which is what you want. I have two of them and love them. I uses this because I have some mobility and reach issues. I have fibromyalgia and it hurts to reach my personals. You can also use this to wipe the front area too.

Answer:	It would, but with absolutely no room to spare. I measured from Left side knobs to Right side knobs. There would be no room for the little magazine rack (very easily removable). Anyway, from knob to knob, it's exactly 28" inches. It's a great product; I hope it will fit. If your space is 27-7/8" ... nope. If a full 28" it will fit, but the knobs will touch the walls.

Question:	What is the max pounds for support
Answer:	Depends what you're growing. Not nearly enough to flower high light plants.

Answer:	There are tabs on the bottom (where the lights were). You can twist those so they are running parallel to the light bulbs, then you should be able to remove the aluminum reflector (I had to squeeze the middle 2 tabs together on each side). I used a pair of pliers to twist them since they were kind of sharp. It's easiest to use a nut driver and phillips head screw driver to remove the screws holding the ballast in place (make sure you have the right size phillips head, the screws were very easy to strip). The way I changed the ballast out was to cut the blue and red wires from the old ballast (black and white were already separate), strip 1/2" of the insulation, then tie it to the same colored wires on the new ballast and used wire caps to hold them together. This was just to avoid having to pull out the sockets.
Question:	what are the dimensions
Answer:	That is the bulb size. It is not much longer than that though. I have it in a cabinet and it is maybe 25 inches long. The good thing is that the power cord comes off the top not the end so that helped with the length for me since I only have about 28 inches in the cabinet

Answer:	Aprx an 8 inch wide x 10 inch oval

Answer:	YES. should fit. It has a plastic splash guard that can be trimmed and it adjusts to height. The other thing I found is - it doesn’t have a bar on the back so it doesn’t get in the way of the seat cover or the back of the toilet. You just can’t put down a toilet seat cover down. But you can’t with any of them.
Question:	What is the length and width of the hole
Answer:	Yes, it sits on top of the toilet seat in your bathroom. The splash guard isn't meant to be removed because it is connected to the bottom of the plastic toilet seat.
Question:	Could this be used as shower chair
Answer:	I suppose it is possible that it could topple. But, I can say that I was only able to get up and down by pushing/holding myself by the handrails and never felt unsteady or unsafe.

Answer:	It has happened to me, I’ve purchased 3 going on 4th, they stop locking after about 3 months. I haven’t seen any other product like this, so I will continue to buy and hope the manufacturer fixes the closing mechanism.

Question:	One of the grey soft cushioned on the top of the bars is tearing. Can I get a replacement
Answer:	The answer is Yes. Just ask whoever installs them to raise the arms to fit his height. There are Button adjustments.
Question:	Is this prodect made of tubular steel or aluminium
Answer:	Yes the unit comes in five (5) pieces One attaches under the two(2) toilet seat bolts. Each arm attaches separately to this piece. The other two (2) go in the arms at the bottom to allow you too adjust the arms to the height of the stool. I do not see any reason you could not attach only one (1)arm. You must remember the arms are made to push down on to get up they will not take a lot of side push. Hope this helps .Dale Starks
Question:	Is it stable even if you don't step on the foot rest when standing from sitting
Answer:	they wobble a little bit, but that didn't bother me. One of the nice features, I thought, was you can swing them out of the way when someone who doesn't need them has to sit down. But they do snap into place and I found them sturdy as far as supporting my weight. They can wobble maybe an inch in each direction. If you have bad balance and think the wobbling will be a problem I would suggest getting a commode that fits over the toilet and has 4 feet instead of only 2. I used that last time when I had my hip done but I preferred these safety rails after my 2nd hip because they are less obtrusive.
Question:	Can the height of the footrest be changed? Ca the footrest be raised up high to accommodate the length of my legs
Answer:	Yea you just press the ‘clean’ button on the machine to start it up and then once it’s finished it‘lol go back to it’s charging station or you can manually press the ‘dock’ button to make it go back as well

Question:	If a person looses their balance and grabs one side will this unit tip over causing a fall
Answer:	If your toilet roll is mounted on the wall across from the toilet then there is a chance you might have trouble. It's a little extra of a stretch that's not a huge deal but it may be if you have mobility issues. Our guest bathroom is too narrow between the toilet and sink edge to install a toilet paper holder and the wall is too far to stretch, having guests with mobility issues we bought one of those decorative toilet roll holder that sits on the floor. Problem solved! For us it was worth the effort, the Carex is comfortable and works great!

Question:	I have a soaker tub - slipper style and want to use this for support. Could this work
Answer:	Yes a regular toilet seat sits on top of the riser. Be sure you get the right riser... either for an elongated seat or a round seat, depending upon what your toilet has. You remove the existing toilet set, put the riser in place, then use the bolts provided in the riser package (they are very long) to secure both the toilet seat and the riser to the toilet.This riser is very good and the fact that it is hinged makes cleaning much easier.

Question:	Is this compatible with an attached toilet bidet
Answer:	At first I thought these from Susan Ashley were not the same as the original Roomba 880 filters. But on closer examination they appear to be identical.
Question:	Does this work with a round toilet
Answer:	TLDR: Use bridal tulle. The original filters had a delicate mesh screen that would function as a pre-filter and catch large particles. The newer filters no longer have that pre-filter. So I purchased a sample of bridal tulle from a local fabric shop. I place it over the filter before snapping it into place inside the Roomba. It helps preserve the life of the filter. I use a damp cloth to clean off the tulle every time I empty the bin. Works great!
Question:	Does this work on comfort height toilet
Answer:	If they are shipped and sold by Amazon it should be genuine. I would avoid third party sellers
Question:	My toilet isn't exactly round or very elongated. Which one do I need
Answer:	I have a 980 and it works as a second charge for the first floor. It should work on the second floor when you have your 960 there.
