Answer:	I don't believe you will as long as the threading on the binoculars is 1/4 - 20 UNC, there "shouldn't" be any issues mounting the binoculars on the tripod. The only possible area you could get into trouble was if your binoculars were somehow oversized and could not fit into the cradle supplied with the unit.
