It's a little extra of a stretch that's not a huge deal but it may be if you have mobility issues. Answer:	Depends on what you are installing into. Wood backing, masonary, drywall with the proper anchors. The finish rings slide on bar to expose a flange that normally will have a few mounting points. Two to three fastners per side. I prefer Toggler brand snap toggles for drywall install.

Took somewhat longer than anticipated to install but when done, not worried about them coming loose or causing safety issues.

Answer:	As far as I can tell it is true to what it says "Stainless Steel". I do believe that makes it basically rust proof. The one I installed still looks new and I ALWAYS spray my whole shower with the after shower spray. The only problem I had with this hand grip was the molly bolts sent with the installation package. Did not work at all in my shower, and I used my own heavier duty mollies which really sealed it down very tight. House will fall before hand grips could come loose!

Question:	Is it stable even if you don't step on the foot rest when standing from sitting
Answer:	they wobble a little bit, but that didn't bother me. One of the nice features, I thought, was you can swing them out of the way when someone who doesn't need them has to sit down. But they do snap into place and I found them sturdy as far as supporting my weight. They can wobble maybe an inch in each direction. If you have bad balance and think the wobbling will be a problem I would suggest getting a commode that fits over the toilet and has 4 feet instead of only 2. I used that last time when I had my hip done but I preferred these safety rails after my 2nd hip because they are less obtrusive.

Answer:	Depends what you're growing. Not nearly enough to flower high light plants.

Answer:	There are tabs on the bottom (where the lights were). You can twist those so they are running parallel to the light bulbs, then you should be able to remove the aluminum reflector (I had to squeeze the middle 2 tabs together on each side). I used a pair of pliers to twist them since they were kind of sharp. It's easiest to use a nut driver and phillips head screw driver to remove the screws holding the ballast in place (make sure you have the right size phillips head, the screws were very easy to strip). The way I changed the ballast out was to cut the blue and red wires from the old ballast (black and white were already separate), strip 1/2" of the insulation, then tie it to the same colored wires on the new ballast and used wire caps to hold them together. This was just to avoid having to pull out the sockets.

Remove Product from The Carton

Remove all packaging material, unfold and open top frame.

Unfold and Open Top Frame.

Secure the unfolded sides of the frame by inserting two of the four E-clips on each side to lock them in place.

Assemble the Legs

• Secure each of the four legs to the frame using a hex bolt, plastic washer and tighten with black knob.
• The hex-shaped punch out in the frame will hold hex bolt in place as you firmly tighten wing nut.

Note: Do Not over tighten.

Adjust Height

• Adjust each leg extension to the appropriate height using the brass push buttons.
• Make sure the push buttons are securely locked into place.

Question:	Will these work on a painted wall surface
Answer:	I do not know. They work quite well in the tiled wall in my walk-in shower. I especially like that they can easily be moved if needed which I needed after installing them and then after use, moved them.. I am very pleased with the grab bars and am satisfied they are safely and easily installed.
