Question:	If I want to add this to my shampoo and/or body wash, what ratio should I use
Answer:	There is a Youtube video for one of the products this uses where it shows the tabs, A2 and 3M are used to pull it out of the machine. Similar to how one pulls the battery out of a battery operated toy. So if an individual puts this filter with the tabs facing out, then this may be the correct way. Since putting it in the opposite way will only make it very hard to pull out.
Question:	Will this work for our camper to keep mice out even with temperatures below freezing most of the winter
Answer:	I would hunt them down personally, or put a reward on their head if you're not up to it... I mean you should contact customer service for a replacement product.
