Answer:	Advertised as made in America but got the toaster and says made in China on the bottom. Disappointed in Amazon on that.
Question:	When toasting bagels what is the correct way to insert the bagel
Answer:	The inside of the bagel should face in. When using the bagel setting, the inside coils toast the bagel, the outside coils heat it but do not toast.

Question:	Hinged crumb tray won't stay latched? Help
Answer:	The sides are thick plastic kind of like a bake a light material, I didn’t notice it getting overly hot I was able to pick it up by the sides and slide it over when it was toasting bread. I was Unfamiliar with this brand but so far I’ve been pleased with his performance.
Question:	Is it bpa free plastic
Answer:	Somebody in China. Lots of different brands on Amazon. Look close, all the same. Probably not a bad design, just poorly executed/manufactured. Toasts very unevenly, look at the heating elements with power on, the problem is obvious. Typical cheap stuff.
Question:	can you stop the toasting before the time is up? I assume by forcing the plastic lever up to do so will break it after awhile
