Answer:	This microscope needs about 15-16" front to back as to allow for the eye pieces and the electric cord in the rear. It'll need about 8-9" from side to side to allow for the tuning handles. And it'll need about 15-18" in height depending upon what eye pieces or camera you attach to the top viewer. Of course you'll want to allow a little extra space around the microscope to have space for your hands to work the adjustments.

Question:	What happens when the top color matches a different pH number value than the bottom color? This has been happening consistently for me
Answer:	I experience the same thing; however, it seems one of the two, the green patch, is a clearer indicator for me. When in doubt, I accept the lower reading. Up or down one reading is close enough for me, especially when a nutrient I started taking raised the reading from 5.75 to 6.50 which could have been a 6.75.
Question:	Can you test vaginal fluid instead of urine for accuracy of the flora balance specifically
Answer:	Our pH test strips are for Urine and Saliva testing predominately. The reason is that the pH test strips have reactors in them for the testing of Urine and Saliva to achieve accurate results for this purpose. For testing Vaginal pH it is best to use the 0 -14 range test strips, rather than the 4.5 - 9.0 range as a healthy vaginal pH is somewhere between 3.8 and 4.5.
Question:	Can it test water
Answer:	No not at all, I tried these with water and I get very inaccurate readings compared to my matching readings from my liquid water testing kit and my digital pH tester. I guess there's something special about these strips where they work specifically for bodily fluids.
Question:	Can you use this for soda or juice
Answer:	pH is pH, so you can use these strips to test any liquid. However, two things to watch out for: First, if the thing you're testing is strongly-colored (such as a darkly-colored juice or soda), you might have a hard time reading the result. In addition, if the pH of your liquid lies outside that shown in the color chart on the container, you won't be able definitively to state the pH of the liquid. There are some other test strips that claim to report the "full range" of pH (given as 0-9), but I wouldn't want to be around anything that might be at those extremes...

The set of results on the bottom are more in the alkaline range.

Question:	Each color on the strip matched a different pH. The blue matched up with 6.0, the yellow with 8.0, the green with 5.5 etc. How to interpret
Answer:	No. My mold is still there after using for many months. This product is "Septic Safe" (which hard to find) so no bleach etc.
Question:	Could the ph of the water used have an affect the results? If so, how would you correct it
Answer:	I used it on brick and in one day the moss was gone and has not returned. For you I would try it on a piece of plastic like a baggie first seems save to me.

Soil pH determines its acidity (sourness) or alkalinity (sweetness). For gardening, most plants prefer a soil pH between 6 and 7 with 6.5 being your target soil pH.

Maintaining proper soil pH helps promote growth and vigor

Plants under stress are much more prone to poor health. Keeping pH at the proper level for the plants in your garden is one way to help.

Step 1: Collect a representative soil sample

Using a garden trowel or spade, dig a small hole (about 6 inches deep) and slice a sample from the edge of the hole as if you were cutting a thin slice of cake. Put this sample in a bucket or large container. Repeat this process a few times around your garden site. Mix soil samples thoroughly and remove any stones, grass, etc.

Step 2: Add soil to a cup or testing jar

Using a tablespoon put 8 level tablespoons (4 ounces) of the mixed soil into a clean plastic cup or testing jar and thoroughly mix with 8 level tablespoons (4 ounces) of water for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Dip strip into solution

For best results, let the soil/water solution sit for 20 minutes before testing. Briefly mix solution one more time and wait 10 seconds for the soil to settle a bit and then dip one pH test strip into the solution. Hold the strip in the solution for 3 seconds.

Step 4: Match color pads to color chart

Remove the pH test strip and shake it vigorously to remove any dirt on the pads. Depending on soil pH, some or all the color pads will change color. Match the resulting color(s) with the color chart that accompanied the pH test strips to determine your soil pH. If you are having difficulty choosing a pH, use our simplified chart to zero in on your soil pH.

Question:	How Do you use these correctly? It's not working for me
Answer:	Use glass stick or cotton swab to dip a small amount of the substance to be tested on the Yellow test page, and compare the colorimetric card to see the corresponding pH value of the color. If the test strip does not change color or is always a color, it may be because the acidity and alkalinity of the tested liquid is 6, which is yellow just like the color of the test strip, or the pH values of the tested liquids are almost the same.
Question:	can I use these to test cosmetic products, such as moisturizers, serums, face masks, ect
Answer:	Yes, if itcosmetic product is liquid or milky, drip directly on the test paper and wait until the color changes, to compare the color card to see which PH value it belongs to.The pH of the skin is about 6, which is weakly acidic, so the most suitable cosmetics are also in this range
Question:	will these work on alcoholic beverages
Answer:	The pH strips test for the degree of acidity or alkalinity of a solution and I suppose it should work on an alcoholic beverage depending upon what the beverage consists of besides ethanol. I initially bought the paper to test the acidity of cheeses I make, but have also used them for wine making to evaluate for acid content.

Answer:	Yes . This is one of the intended uses :) Just please note it's for TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), not for pH. In hydroponics applications, a ppm meter such as this one is used to determine your nutrient count.
Question:	how can i test if the unit is accurate could i use distilled which i assume should be zero, thanks tom

This TDS meter is pre-calibrated in factory, no need calibrate again by customer, we do this to prevent as many calibration related mistakes as possible, and it's easier to use. To maintain the accuracy, it's better to rinse the probe with distilled water after each use. For your mentioned distilled water, it should read 0 ppm theoretically, but in actual application, if you can't keep test condition very clean, it may read 0-2ppm usually.
