The max suction height is 8/26ft and it takes some time before automatic pumping. Adding some pilotage water to the head of the pump will help accelerate the flow rate of inlet. The closer water inlet pipe and the pump is, the better the effect.
Impurities are not allowed in the water and it may cause a jam if the diameter is more than 1mm.
There is a dewatering outlet designed for draining the left water in the machine if it will not be in use for a long term. Water Inlet and outlet need to be sealed up when you connect pipes.

Why can't my pump pump any water? The flow is not steady?
For the first time, it is recommended to fill the pump head with water. Otherwise it will affect the suction. If you have done, please check if the bottom valve leaks.
If the flow is very small, may caused by the insufficient water supply. Please check the water level of your well and extend the water pipe if necessary.

Answer: | Only after extended use, the contacts can become dirty. If you are sparking with a brand new unit either the in-rush current is extremely high or you have low pressure on the pressure tank. The bladder needs to have sufficient pressure to activate the pressure switch firmly without sparking. Rule of thumb is 3psi above the cut-in pressure. Answer: | Here's how I handled this... shut off and drain well line (or relieve pressure in system). There is a cap/plug usually at the top of the tank with a tire valve. Use a tire pressure gauge to make sure that it is only a couple PSI lower than the low number on your switch. i.e. for a 40/60, you want about 35-38 PSI. Turn water back on and pressurize system. Pump should run less frequently. If it takes months/years until it starts constantly running, then you are okay. If it starts running constantly right away, then you may need a new tank. I am not a plumber, so please get a second opinion :) |

Answer: | Definitely not normal. Most likely there is a small leak in a faucet, toilet or other fixture. Also check that the threads are well sealed (teflon tape) at the switch. The switch also has a small replaceable rubber diaphragm that may develop a pinhole leak causing a very slow loss of pressure and trigger the switch. I recentlly replaced this switch due to a similar cycling issue, but eventually traced it down to a small crack in the 30 year old plastic pipe in my well. Keep looking; you will eventually find the problem. |

The pressure switch is only used to control the automatic power-on and power-off of the water pump, it doesn't have pressure increase function itself.
TIPS:
The pressure switch must be installed on the pump with its own check valve. The non-return valve pump should purchase an additionally check valve to be installed for better automatic control.
THE WAY OF WORKING:
