After doing some quick research on this, you would need something along the lines EMF Detector with the detectable range of something like 10 Hz to 10-12 GHz. For radiation coming from Cell towers you will be in the 50-10,000 MHz Radiation from high tension lines you will be looking at under 5 MHz by a great deal

Word of advice, if you buy this meter do not power on the unit close by what may be putting off these fields. Answer:	While this is a great way to count the emf power. Some of who are interested in radio have been using an alternate solution for the last 60 years. Simply tune a portable AM radio to an unused. quiet spot on the dial. Turn the volume up, then walk around your home or plant and "listen" to the EMF. Use the radio like a Geiger counter to point toward the offenders. You can actually hear the differences, and rate intensity by the loudness of the sound. Interestingly, some will have a buzz, some while whine, some will pulse, some will gurgle. Some will radiate a foot or less, some will radiate 6 feet or more. Interesting to listen to the difference between a wireless phone charging pad when the phone is on and then off the pad. The Mel Meter is specifically designed for Paranormal Research. This is the standard version of the Mel Meters. It measures AC Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) on a single axis and it measures the ambient temperature as well - both with a digital readout that can be viewed with a red night vision friendly back light. It also has High and Low recording function so you can walk away and come back and see what the highest and lowest EMF and Temp reading was for the period you were recording. The Mel also has a red led light at top which works as a night vision friendly little flash light to help you navigate in the dark. The Mel Meter has a flip stand and also comes with a convenient black carrying case. The Mel Meter is calibrated to measure Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) accurately in the range from the very low frequency of 30Hz all the way up to 300Hz. Answer:	Possibly, because the wires are so close it might not be able to. The NCV feature has a sensitivity adjustment so might work.

Answer:	To make a DC voltage measurement you must carefully turn the positive test lead retracting nut (located at the top of the meter) clockwise to completely draw out the positive test lead probe. Touch the black test probe tip to the negative side of the circuit. Touch the positive test probe tip to the positive side of the circuit. Read the voltage on the display. Both test leads need to be touching metal in order to make a measurement. You do not have touch a wire when using the non contact voltage detector to sense ACV.
