The digital readout continuously displays carbon monoxide levels from 30-999 parts per million. This unit has a loud, 85-decibel alarm that sounds when CO reaches dangerous levels. One of the features of this product is peak level memory, which means this unit will recall highest level of CO present since previous reset. Install at least one CO alarm on every floor and in sleeping areas. Make sure CO alarms are at least 15 feet away from cooking or heating appliances to prevent false alarms. Answer:	The device can check for TVOCs (total organic compounds dissolved in air) and PM2.5 (micron dust levels) which can indicate presence of mold but it does not specifically check for mold spores or identify the type of mold. You would need a more specific mold detection kit that would be sent to a laboratory for mold species identification via microscope.

Answer:	No, it does not check for CO (carbon monoxide). It only checks for CO2 (carbon dioxide).

However, I would probably opt for a more expensive professional unit if you need to ensure compliance with OSHA’s Respirable Crystalline Silica Standard for Construction. In general Aranet4 can be always manually recalibrated in fresh outdoor air and then previous device calibration will be erased on the device. We also recommend to use device in manual calibration mode (AUTO disabled) where device will keep the last calibration reference until the next manual calibration time.

Answer:	The only visual “warning” would simply be the display circling either the yellow or red dots that are always present on the display. The audible warning can easily be turned off or on through the app. It is not possible to have a warning sent via email or text.

Answer:	I doubt that the meter is calibrated to a national standard, but its accuracy should be all you need unless you're using it in an industrial laboratory. I reads below 400 outdoor and 450 in a room with one human occupant aup closer to 500 with two occupants. I'm very happy with it for home use
