The tote is kind of thin but is lined with insulation. I would buy again for the price.

Question:	can the bag stay plugged while distributing sandwiches for 4 hours
Answer:	Yes, but the heat plate on the bottom will get very hot. I suggest putting a bath towel doubled up across the bottom. That will provide a layer between the plate and sandwiches. Make sure the bag is sitting on a heat absorbing surface. You will need to plug in the bag at least 1/2 hour before it will get to the operating temperature.
