Question:	Could these be used in acrylic? Any pointers to keep it from cracking
Answer:	Yes. Needless to say the wood has to be thick enough to support the height of the insert. These will work in any wood type (manufactured woods, hardwoods, softwoods, etc.) If you used in hardwoods with a high Janka rating (i.e, Purple Heart, Brazillian Cherry, Hard Maple, etc) it might more difficult to screw the insert in. I usually increase the hole size 'slightly'. Verify the right size of the hole in a piece of test material prior to doing it for the first time on your project.
Question:	What is the length
Answer:	To install the insert, simply drill a 25/64 hole and thread in using a bolt and jam nut or optional drive tool. So if you need a hole that is .390 inch's in diameter, then the outer diameter of the insert is larger that that.

Answer:	for the price,I would think china. I've used about every bar tape made and this holds up the best. very comfortable.

Answer:	Yes they do as long as you know the size of the bottle (how much it holds). I purchased the smaller size as well as the next size to fit the two different bottle sizes I have to dispense from. They are excellent tools for accurate measurements.

Can this product handle stainless steel frets

Answer:

I pressed 4 fingerboards with stewmac's 0146 wide low, I believe those are made of nickel/silver. It worked well for what I needed, but I would test it on a small piece of your wire and some scrap wood. It should be fine. While you are pressing stainless, it's going into wood so it should be OK. Each press insert has a really pronounced slot along the entire length that "hugs" the fretwire as it presses it, so it won't pop out of the side as you go into the slot on your fretboard. I needed a flat one and it doesn't come with that so I took the one with the greatest radius, flipped it around and ground my own slot on the flat side and it worked like a champ. Hope that helps!

Answer:	I am not familiar with Monoject tips. My vet supplied me with 3ml syringe (or you should be able to use syringe end around that same size - naturally no needle - dose syringe). I do press end in sooooo it is secure. The size 24mm I used for small 50ml bottles and I also used on medium 200ml orange/brown medicine bottles from a pharmacy (bottle size is marked on side of medicine bottles in ML) But I have not used the ones I purchased from amazon yet... I did hold them up and compared - they seem to be the exact same size - everything the same - both packages I have say 24mm. They worked for me. (I needed for liquid seizure medicine purchased from a regular (human) Pharmacy for my dog...) Hope this helps...

Answer:	Any bolt that is 1/4-20, it is a very common size. But if you don’t want it to go further than 25mm the bolt can only be less than that length.
