Answer:	No the skin does not need to be broken. Apply the cream liberally to skin area you want numb then cover loosely with saran wrap for 45 mins right before you start the tattoo. Remove the plastic wrap and you'll be numb to the needle pain for a few hours. You won't be 100% pain free but it makes a huge difference in the amount of pain you'll feel. Answer:	Not designed for that as the loop part is rounded stiff wire and will just roll over the top of the wart. Plantar warts tend to have deep "roots" and are very stubborn. Removing the top is like mowing the grass...it grows right back as the root base is still alive and intact.

Answer:

I’m not a doctor so any advice I provide should be followed up with your own research. I believe the reason is that these lack the appropriate labeling from the FDA to be used on humans (or animals). This said, sutures that are appropriately labeled are much more expensive. I purchased mine to include in my remote first aid kit and have taken a course on emergency suturing. I’m of the opinion that having these would be better than nothing if in an emergency. And I would immediately take a person (or pet) to a doctor/vet following any such application. We spend a lot of time hiking and camping in extremely remote locations. Hope this helps.

Answer:	These tweezers are strong and the tips don't bend if you're using them for splinters or ingrown hair. I was also worried that the tips wouldn't meet because maybe they're cheaply made, but it's absolutely not a problem. These are great quality. I have never tried to use them on hardware or crafts, maybe if you did that they'd get misshapen, but for hairs and splinters, no problem.
Question:	These tweezers look like they have thin, needle-like ends... Is there sufficient surface area on them to even grab a splinter? I am confused
Answer:	Yes, but it’s best to come at the splinter at an angle rather than grabbing the tip of the splinter with the tip of the tweezers. The pointed ends allow you to push the surface of the skin down from around the splinter. Or, if necessary, dig in a a little;)

Answer:	I am not a professional, but I highly doubt that this can be used for a tragus piercing. The sharp end is so straight that you might as well just use a straight needle. I honestly don’t know what these are intended for.

Question:	Can I use this on people in a disaster where there is no chance of getting to a doctor anytime soon
Answer:	It says "practice" so I don't think it's sterile. I had to stitch my chicken and I used regular needle and thread soaked in betadine solution. In a disaster, you should only stitch if someone is bleeding out - if you can tape it, that would be better - because outside of a hospital stitching can seal in infection. But, if bleeding out then stitches (with chance of infection) is a risk worth taking. I just needed stitches and I pushed the wound together and taped it in both directions and wrapped with ace bandage and tried to move it very little for 5 days. I don't have any more scarring than if I had gotten stitches. I was able to stop the bleeding without stitches and that is your most important decision. I barely stitch my chickens any more either - if they are not bleeding out, I can keep their wounds clean and use antibiotic ointment and they will heal because their skin is detached from their "meat". I had a hen tore up from a stray dog and all of her wounds healed completely - keeping her warm, still, water, feed, and clean wounds. The body of all living beings are amazing. I am not a doctor, nurse, or vet. There is a stitching course The Apprentice Doctor which offers a stitching course for $69 that is pretty good. It's like anything, you have to practice, not wait for an emergency. Good luck!
