Answer:	You could probably rig something to mount it in your van, but the sides may not be high enough to support the cylinders when cornering???

Answer:	The bag is not waterproof, but rather a poly blend.
Question:	Does this bag work for the M9 conservers
Answer:	I do not sell and am not familiar with the M9 conservers, but it does show that the M9 has a diameter of 4.38 and the D tank is 4.4, so for the diameter it should fit. The height of the D tank should be 2" taller, so I believe it would work. Again, I have no experience with the M9, so please double check these figures for yourself! :-)
Question:	How long is the shoulder strap
Answer:	The shoulder strap wasn't long enough for me to have it comfortably over my head/shoulder so I switched it with a strap that was from an old one

Answer:	Yeah it probably could but you have to remember the ring circumference on this rack was made to house E-class Oxygen tanks so the wine bottles would be undersized.

Answer:	Hi JV, Thanks for your interest in the Drive Medical Oxygen Cylinder Carry Bag. I'm not entirely sure what you are looking for in the photo but I can say that the part of the pouch closest to the strap is the top. It opens up there so that you are able to place your oxygen tank into the pouch and then put the strap over your shoulder. I hope this answers your question.
Question:	The product description does mention a carry pouch, but I would like to know can it convert to carry a smaller M4 tank
Answer:	M4 and 6 are same diameter but not height so the bottom of the carrier would have to be stuffed sufficiently to place the top of the bottle and regulator in the same position as an M6.

Answer:	I do not know what a 15.5 O2 tank is. I use M6 tanks which are 15.5" long and 3" wide; they fit into the carrier perfectly. The carrier can be opened from either the right or left. It has 2 compartments which will hold extra tubing, washers and the wrench in one of the compartments while the other can be used to carry your wallet, tissues and cell phone. The only complaint that I have is that the tip of the tank wore a hole through the material, but I had a piece of heavier plastic which I put on the end which took care of that problem. Had I known it in the beginning, I would have placed the plastic in before it wore a hole in the case. I would recommend this product and am thinking about purchasing another one for myself since it is handy when I go shopping or to the casino.
