Answer:	I got those casters earlier in the year to fit under a workbench with steel frame. Those casters are surprisingly sturdy (heavy duty built) definitely can manage 175 lbs each and I would not be surprised if they can handle 250 lbs My workbench is 100 pounds total, and I'm not planning to move it around a lot , so not a concern . Ultimately it depend on the application if planning to build a cart that covers great distances with a lot of rolling and heavy weight , eventually the bearings will mechanically wear and seize.

Answer:	A good question on just how much work your going to do with this but if it were me I would go with the 3 inch a whole lot safer and can carry 250 lbs per wheel as compared to the 2 inch which is 150 lbs per wheel. I used the 2 inch on 12 case portable storage unit and it kinda sits most of the time. This is my recommendations for mounting if your mounting to wood -I used 3/4 Plywood all around and T-nuts that fit into the underside and used 1/4 -20 bolts and washers. Works for me. Hope this helps and oh by the way that saw looks great.

Answer:	Depend on the wait of the work bench. From my experience once you lock all four it is not going anywhere. I built a dolly to put my shop vac and a trash tank on so I can move them around my shop as one unit, I just lock the back two and it does not move until I unlock them. They are worth the money you pay for them.

Answer:	If you are asking if you can only lock the swivel without locking the wheel, then the answer is no. At least the casters I received. When you depress the pedal and seat it, both the wheel and swivel lock. There doesn't appear to be a mid-position to lock only the swivel. They only have one cam position.

Answer:	No. These are fixed height.

Answer:	It locks the wheel from rotating. Normally locking 2 does the trick. When I am workin on top and pressure back and forth is taking place, I have to lock at least three brakes to keep them from swiveling.
